I purchased a Groupon for a car detailing service but have been unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment. Despite contacting the merchant twice by phone and receiving no response, I reached out to Groupon via email. They initially advised me to visit the merchant without an appointment, which I wasn't comfortable with. After further communication, they requested three business days to contact the merchant. However, the deadline has passed, and I was asked for more time. I am dissatisfied with the lack of responsiveness from J.I.T. I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions of Laser Hair Removal at a local spa. The spa's operating hours, as indicated on Groupon and their website, were stated as 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, including numerous calls going to voicemail and unanswered messages, I recently managed to speak to a representative who informed me that hair removal appointments are only available on Wednesdays and Fridays. This contradicts the advertised hours that influenced my decision to purchase the Groupon, considering I work during the weekdays and relied on the possibility of booking appointments on Saturdays. Due to this discrepancy, I am requesting a refund for my Groupon purchase. Thank you.

I need to update the name on my reservation at Powhatan Resort in Williamsburg. They advised me to contact Groupon customer service for assistance. Moreover, I am logged into an account associated with an outdated email and I forgot my password without the ability to reset it due to the inactive email. My primary concern is modifying the reservation to include my mother's name, Janice Detweiler, for the upcoming stay (order#[redacted]).

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 from Good Guys Electronics. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the phone received was from a different carrier, At&t, while I use T-Mobile. I have experienced difficulties with phones from different carriers before. I contacted their customer service for a refund and guidance on returning the phone, but their responses were unhelpful and uncooperative. After checking the IMEI compatibility test, it indicated that the phone is not compatible. T-Mobile forums also discuss issues with At&t phones. I have screenshots of the tests and payment details from Groupon. I am looking for assistance from someone in authority to resolve this matter promptly, as it feels like a time-consuming back-and-forth process until the return period expires. I purchased a Groupon for a manicure and pedicure but couldn't book an appointment within the next month. Since refunds are no longer offered, I opted for a trade-in. The new Groupon I bought is $29 less, so I'm inquiring if it's possible to have the remaining $29 credited back to my card.

I had a reservation at Great Wolf Lodge for May 17th. Regrettably, my water broke early, and my son was born five weeks premature. He is currently in the NICU, needing assistance with breathing and feeding. Unfortunately, my family and I won't be able to make it to our stay at Great Wolf Lodge due to this situation. I would like to reschedule for a later date or request a refund to book once my son is healthy and out of the hospital. We are unsure of his discharge date at this time.

I recently bought a Groupon for laser hair removal at MedCo in Ocoee for $[redacted]. After the purchase, I received a congratulations message but couldn't find it in my purchased Groupons section when I checked later. It's been over 10 hours and it's still not there. I am writing to inform you about my experience with the $69 Madame Tussaud's wax museum and High Roller combo deal in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the visit did not go as planned. The operating hours for Madame Tussaud's were incorrect, and there were issues with wheelchair accessibility. Despite seeking help from various employees and security, we were unable to visit the museum. Guest services and the cashier at Venetian were unable to assist, and even after numerous attempts to contact Madame Tussaud's for help, we received no response. The lack of assistance and empathy from employees was disappointing, and we were unable to enjoy the experience we paid for. The confusion and wasted time on our last day in Vegas, along with the wasted $[redacted] from the Groupon vouchers, left us extremely dissatisfied. Last night, I attempted to purchase two packs of inflatable tube serving bars and a 6-piece set of gray towels, but I kept receiving an error message instructing me to contact customer service due to an issue with my order. Assuming I made a mistake, I tried a few more times to place the order, but each attempt resulted in the same error message prompting me to contact customer service. I decided to stop trying to order. However, this morning, upon signing into Groupon, I discovered that all the orders had actually gone through, resulting in multiple duplicate orders. I recently placed an order for Mother’s Day flowers but didn’t have the option to provide the recipient’s name and address during checkout. I want to send the flowers to Mrs. Leslie Cavin at [redacted] Tradd Street, Statesville, NC [redacted], as they are for my Special Person/Patient (SPP). I prefer not to have my name or address on the delivery, just a card that reads, "Happy Mother’s Day, I love you, Your SPP."

I purchased two $25 Shari's Berry coupons, but unfortunately, the codes were not valid when I tried to use them. I spent $50 on these coupons, but now I can't order the gifts for my Mother and Mother-in-law on time. I'm disappointed as I really wanted to give them strawberries. I'm requesting a full refund of $50 as the coupons didn't work. I hope you can assist with this matter.

I recently placed an order for a luggage set, but had issues with accessing Groupon during the process. Consequently, I contacted my bank to adjust the available funds for the purchase. Despite not finalizing the order I intended due to a price change, it seems Groupon proceeded with the transaction. I then placed another order which I subsequently cancelled. I bought a Groupon on April 13, [redacted], for a 90-minute massage at Amala Ayurvedic in Columbia, MD, for $65. I've been trying to book the massage since then. When I called on April 24, [redacted], I was promised a call back to confirm but never received one. I've sent texts and an email to [redacted] seeking help from the manager/owner, but have had no luck scheduling. I need guidance on how to get a refund and file a complaint against the company.

Hello, I have bought 4 orders, 2 of which are for Six Laser Hair Removal sessions in small areas from "Laser De Beaut" using Groupon vouchers [redacted]5 and [redacted]7. The vouchers expired on 2/20/[redacted]. Despite leaving voice messages to schedule appointments, I did not receive any response after the owner's vacation. I paid $84 for each voucher. Additionally, I bought 2 vouchers for Endermologie LPG Cellulite treatments from New Look Laser but can only use one. Voucher [redacted]5 is unused, and I paid $[redacted] for it. On May 6, I attempted to buy a Groupon deal for a significant discount on mobile tinting, but the transaction didn't process. Surprisingly, I received a notification today that the purchase went through, which I hadn't planned on. Moreover, when I tried to schedule the service, I found out it's only available on Tuesdays through Thursdays, information that wasn't specified on the Groupon offer. To add to the frustration, it's currently Thursday, and the earliest appointment they have is next Wednesday. I kindly request a prompt refund to my credit card. Thank you.

I made a reservation at Kalahari resorts in Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells location. Upon arrival, I was charged $[redacted] for the room despite already paying with Groupon earlier. The Groupon payment was processed on April 20th when I booked. I seem to have been charged twice for the same room, amounting to $[redacted]. I spoke with the front desk, and they only had my previous night's payment on record for $[redacted]. I am confused about the additional charge and my initial Groupon payment was $[redacted].75.

I encountered 2 problems recently during my stay at Clearwater Beach Hotel in Clearwater, Florida. Upon booking 2 nights, May 7th and 8th, [redacted], we faced disturbances with very thin walls – a crying baby adjacent and constant outside traffic noise, disrupting our sleep. Jeremy, whom I spoke with the next day, was empathetic. He advised to notify Groupon to contact him directly, assuring to cancel the second reservation. However, I've been unsuccessful in reaching Groupon for the past 36 hours. Additionally, in the "my stuff" section, each night's price displays as $9,[redacted], though I understand this is a technical error. This concerning glitch persisted for the past two nights and all day yesterday.

I recently made a purchase at Puppy Love using a Groupon, but upon arrival, they refused to accept it, claiming they don't receive payment. This left me having to pay out of pocket. I am requesting a refund back to my card as I no longer wish to make any other purchases. I initially overlooked this issue but noticed later that my Groupon had expired and my money was not refunded to my card. I do not want Groupon credit; the policy was not clearly communicated. It's unfair that due to Puppy Love's payment problem, I am left without a refund. I am seeking a refund of $35 back to my card.

In January, I bought a 4-wheel alignment deal from Auto Lab. During my visit, they couldn't proceed with the alignment due to a missing part on the steering shaft. Unfortunately, they marked my voucher as redeemed, making it impossible to seek a refund through the Groupon app. With the steering issue fixed, I scheduled another appointment for the alignment. However, upon arrival, they informed me they couldn't accommodate my car that day, leaving me disappointed once again. Since I'm leaving for a summer internship tomorrow, I won't be able to use the voucher. After facing two instances of being turned away, even with an appointment, I decided to get the alignment done elsewhere due to the urgency of the matter.
