Hello, I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S* from Good Guys Electronics. I opened the package and saw the back of the phone and it was a different carrier. I use tmobile and the phone is from At&t. There are countless issues with using other phones of different carriers. I personally had previous issues with other phones of different carriers and requested a refund and how I can return the phone back.**Their replies were not helpful nor willing to help nor trying to give me a refund or finding a way for me to return the phone back.**I checked the IMEI compatability test for the phone and it says it is not compatible. And there are countless forums and discussion forums in tmobile website that discusses issues from At&t and Tmobile.**I have screenshots of the tests, and also the transaction and payments of the groupon. I would really like someone with authority to be able to help me out. It almost seems like wasting time back and forth just so the free shipping or returns days can be gone for anything to happen.**Thank you for your time and support.

Have to be persistent, kind and patient. I was in distress with thoughts of what if i dont get a refund or cant return, how do I get rid of this and stuff. But the Good Guys Electronics kindly assisted on how to return so it is a relief. **I sent a message t the merchant through groupon multiple times, and also went to their direct website and explained the situation, showed proof that it is not compatible with my carrier through IMEI testing on tmobiles website and everything is working out. **Now I am working on returning the item and seeing how long it would take to receive my refund.
