I bought a Groupon February **th for Tattoo services. The Groupon itself expires on June **th, so I waited to schedule an appointment. When I called last week to schedule an appointment, there were many more restrictions on how and what I needed in order to use it. The Groupon states that for ** dollars, you get *** dollars worth of tattoos. However, when I called to schedule, I was told that it was a *** dollar minimum , custom art wasn’t part of the deal, and a session is *** dollars ( all of which was not mentioned on the Groupon itself) When i go to Groupon to cancel my purchase or ask for a refund, I cannot find it as an option.
GetHuman-buckle_m did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
