I bought multiple Groupon deals for our Washington vacation with my husband but encountered issues using them: 1) Rasoi Indian Kitchen $20 Worth of Indian Entrees - Voucher [redacted]8: We purchased two but only could redeem one as per the owner: LG-VN2P-6ZMM-V891-3CMV. 2) Kellari Taverna - Three Course Brunch with Bottomless Mimosas for Two - Voucher [redacted]5: Groupon offers were not accepted the weekend we visited. 3) Nightly Spirits: This service was marked as redeemed although we never made it to the location we were supposed to meet at. I have been attempting to contact customer service since Saturday, 5/5/19, with no success. I purchased a brunch reservation at Jimmy's Cafe on 38th Street for that day with four friends. Unfortunately, the event was poorly organized and we had to leave due to the lack of setup and staff. I am requesting a refund of $19 for my ticket. I bought a coupon for carpet cleaning and had an appointment scheduled for May 6, [redacted], between 10:00am to 12:00pm. The evening before, I prepared by moving everything outside as the service informed me they wouldn't move anything. At 9:15am on May 6th, I got a call saying the technician in my area couldn't make it due to equipment issues. I asked for another technician that day, but after being put on hold, I was promised a call back that never came. Multiple attempts to reach them were futile, including a full voicemail box. My belongings remained outside all day, causing distress. The following day, May 7th, I still hadn't heard from them and had to pay for help to move everything back inside. I've lost trust in this service and am seeking a prompt refund of $45. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disappointed.

Yesterday, I bought a $10 Starbucks gift card for $5 on Groupon using my debit card ending in [redacted] but did not receive it despite expecting an email with details. I tried the purchase again later on with my credit card ending in [redacted] and received the email promptly. However, both cards were charged $5 each for just one gift card. I bought a Groupon for Modern Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona. When I tried to redeem it, they said I couldn't since I had previously visited their studio in the past year. They won't give me the credit I paid for the Groupon towards other classes and claim Groupon will handle the refund for another Groupon. I've been trying to contact Groupon for clarification without success. According to their policy, the merchant should redeem the Groupon for its full value, but Modern Yoga refuses, mentioning Groupon's fees. I have paid for a cleaning service but despite numerous attempts, they have not come to clean my house as scheduled. Initially, we had a date set for May 1st, but they canceled. We rescheduled, and yet again, they failed to show up. The cleaning service claims they can't clean due to a lack of electricity, which is not necessary for the tasks I paid for. They keep making excuses and are unwilling to accommodate my needs. I provided them with my voucher and have the person's verification, but nothing has been cleaned. Their lack of flexibility and constant cancellations are frustrating.

I made a hotel reservation in Palm Springs through Groupon using my credit card, on my cousin's account due to traveling abroad without cell service. Upon arriving at Hotel Riviera, there was no record of our booking. After contacting Groupon, they admitted to a processing error and offered to re-process it, which would take hours. We couldn't wait and had to find another hotel. Finally, the room was confirmed the next day when we were supposed to check out. Groupon's lack of communication and slow resolution has left us stranded. I have all email correspondence and the delayed confirmation. I demand a full refund immediately as we have been dealing with Groupon since Friday with no solution. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I urge for a prompt resolution. Furthermore, if same-day booking is not feasible, it should not be advertised as an option. Thank you.

On April 30, I purchased 2 plans from Groupon; one from Hello Fresh for 2 people and another for a family of 4. I was surprised to find that they started charging me for future orders without me having received any meals or even trying them. Upset by this, I contacted them to stop the future charges while keeping the original orders. They have refunded the future order charges but mistakenly canceled the original family plan which I had already paid $[redacted] for. I only wanted to cancel the future orders until I had the chance to try the meals. Despite this, Hello Fresh insists it was manually input and now cannot locate it. I kindly request a refund of the $[redacted] or delivery of the family plan meals, with the option to pick the meals as initially offered.

The photos and price seemed promising, but upon arrival, the hotel was not as expected. It was still under construction, had a bad smell, damaged walls, stained sheets, and even caused my husband's skin to itch. My daughter and I purchased 3 Groupon specials for Nighttime Manta Ray Snorkeling in Kona, Hawaii. The voucher numbers are: [redacted]9 for 2 adults, [redacted]9 for 2 adults, and [redacted]5 for 1 adult. One of the 2 adult vouchers should be for me, and the other is for my daughter and her husband (C.S. Purnell). I noticed that only the voucher for 1 person is showing in my list of purchased Groupons. It appears that the other one was refunded, but I have not seen the refund on my Southwest credit card. Could you please confirm if both 2-person vouchers are still valid and add them to our list of vouchers for use? We provided these voucher numbers to the Manta Ray venue for booking and would like to keep that reservation if possible. The vouchers were sent to [redacted], which I do not check regularly. I experienced a double charge when making a reservation at Indian Wells Resort. Although I managed to cancel one booking and was informed by a representative that the duplicate charge would be refunded, I have not seen the reimbursement in my bank account. Despite observing a credit for one charge, it was immediately debited again, leaving me still paying for two bookings but only having one reservation. Additionally, my Groupon accounts display conflicting information, with one showing two bookings and the other showing only one. I have been unable to reach a Groupon representative for clarification, and I am understandably frustrated by this situation. We bought 4 SeaWorld Orlando vouchers (Order #[redacted]31) for use at any of the 4 parks. On May 4th, we tried to use all 4 at SeaWorld but were told they seemed expired. It took multiple manager interactions to gain entry. The same issue happened after lunch. We aim to use the 2 remaining visits this weekend and hope to avoid repeat troubles. On April 21st, I placed an order for a softbox set on your website with the order number #[redacted]. After receiving an email notifying me of a payment issue, I decided to cancel the order two days later. Despite the live chat support personnel assuring me that the money was refunded to my PayPal account, it has been over 10 business days, and I have not seen the refund reflected on my account. I reached out to PayPal, and they have no record of the refund as well. I am eager to understand what has happened with this refund or to find a resolution promptly.
