On 04-10-[redacted], I redeemed a coupon for Order #[redacted]69 (TR Wines). The payment was deducted from my bank account. After calling TR Wines, they instructed me to wait for confirmation from Groupon. Upon checking my Groupon order page, it indicated that I had already received the offer, which I had not obtained through Groupon and not for this specific order. Following another call to TR Wines, I updated my information as advised by the lady I spoke with. She assured me that the new information should now be accepted. Additionally, I had to change my password with TR Wines. Please contact me at 1-[redacted] or via email. In my inbox, I received an email from you stating "I forgot something." I recently bought a Groupon deal for a month of Level 1 Unlimited UV tanning at 4 Seasons Tanning Salon for $30. Even though the salon is out of my way, I decided to purchase it thinking it was a good offer. However, upon redeeming my deal, I noticed they were advertising the same membership for only $26. Despite the small price difference, I was okay with it and proceeded. The main issue arose when I entered the tanning room. The tanning bed was old, ineffective, and uncomfortably close to my body, making me nervous about its stability. This experience was disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this salon. I am requesting a refund for this unsatisfactory deal from Groupon.

I bought a Groupon for Universal Studios on Thursday, April 25th. Unfortunately, my PayPal password was compromised, causing the initial transaction to fail. I repurchased the Groupon on Friday the 26th after resolving the PayPal issue, but by the time I reached Universal Studios, it was too late to use it. Due to the PayPal complications, I didn't want to risk facing the same problem again. Given that it was my nephew's 13th birthday and we traveled from Michigan for this special occasion, I had to buy tickets at the park to avoid disappointing him. Despite my attempts to cancel shortly after buying the Groupon, I was unsuccessful. I acknowledge your policy, but find it difficult to accept that a cancellation wasn't feasible considering how soon after the purchase it was. Thank you for addressing this issue. I have tried contacting Orchid Restaurant regarding my Groupon offer multiple times over the last 10 days with no response. On April 11, my wife and I purchased a Groupon deal for Orchid in MN. The deal entitled us to receive a 25% credit on our credit card for the first visit and a 10% credit for subsequent visits through May 11. However, after dining at Orchid on April 13, April 28, and April 30 and using the designated credit card, we have yet to receive the credits ($9.43, $3.78, $2.84). I have confirmed with the restaurant manager that we followed all the correct procedures. I would appreciate it if the necessary credits could be applied to my credit card promptly. I recently bought a Groupon voucher for a car detailing service on April 27th using Paypal. After completing the transaction, I realized the confirmation would be sent to my outdated email address. I have tried to update it to my current email address, but the system wouldn't accept it. The only email I use is the one that's registered with my mobile and laptop. I don't have a confirmation from Groupon and am unable to change my email address. I've reached out via email on the 27th but have not received a response. I bought a Groupon from All Organic Carpet Cleaning in March. I have been trying to contact the seller without success. When I called a month ago, he mentioned he was in chemotherapy and would call back. I texted and didn't hear from him for a week. I then left a message and received no response. Realizing his situation, I didn't want to impose further. I made another attempt today, but unfortunately, there was no answer. Given his health battle, I don't feel right persisting. I would like a refund for my Groupon so I can seek another service. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I would like a supervisor or manager to assist with my issue. While using Groupon this morning to buy New Kids on the Block tickets in Sacramento, CA, I encountered repeated error messages. I engaged in a Live Chat with Anna B, who suggested troubleshooting steps. Despite no resolution, there was no follow-up from Groupon. After purchasing tickets elsewhere, I suddenly received a confirmation email from Groupon. Speaking with Govinda N later, who claimed the issue was resolved during the prior chat, I found it unsatisfactory. Govinda abruptly ended the chat without addressing my concerns. I purchased a Groupon for Grand Wellness in Brantford on December 23, [redacted] (order number 1[redacted]70-[redacted]). We used our first visit and rebooked for a second visit for $[redacted].00 for two people, each getting a soak and a 45-minute Salt Cave session for two visits. After our first visit on Wednesday, February 13, [redacted], we rebooked the second visit. However, when I called to change the fragrance for my soak, I was informed that they couldn't find our booking due to their computer system issues. The staff member assured us that they would honor our second visit even though it had expired. To proceed, they needed the 8-digit code from Groupon, which they couldn't retrieve because it was expired. I was asked to contact Groupon for the code, but we have been unable to reach them by phone. We need the 8-digit code, which should end in either "[redacted]" or "[redacted]," to make the booking. I purchased my San Diego Kids Expo ticket on April 27, [redacted], using my iPad on your website, but the webpage displayed that the transaction was unsuccessful. Attempted multiple times to buy the ticket, facing the same issue each time. Eventually, I successfully bought the ticket through my cell phone. Upon checking my email, I discovered six purchase records for the same event. I believe there was an error on the website, leading me to make redundant purchases. I bought a coupon from a seller named K Styles for a full set of acrylic nails and toenail polish. She said I needed to schedule an appointment to use the coupon. Even though the coupon is valid until May 5, I was informed that the service is no longer available. The seller mentioned she is no longer on Groupon and should refund me, but I haven't received any refund. I can still view the voucher though it seems the service is still active. I just want my money back as the service will not be provided. The seller was unprofessional and dismissed my concerns. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

On 4/24/[redacted], I purchased a black Kendal Shiatsu Seat Massage model MC07H. However, upon receiving it, I discovered that the adapter was missing. I reached out to Groupon on 4/30/[redacted] but only received a survey on 5/1/[redacted] asking about my satisfaction, without any resolution to my issue. I still need instructions on how to return the product since it needs to be done within thirty days. Without the adapter, the massage seat is unusable, and I am disappointed by the lack of communication from the merchant. I am frustrated by the handling of this matter.

I purchased two Groupons for services at Sola Salon Studio, one for a haircut for $27.00 and one for partial highlights. I contacted Suzanne Whitt, the owner, to schedule an appointment for the highlights. After sending a picture of my hair, she informed me that my hair was over-processed, declining to do the highlights. I then inquired about using the other Groupon for a haircut, but she did not respond to my request. I am now seeking a refund for both of the Groupons I purchased from her. I encountered issues with the promotions on my recent purchases. During my purchase from "Betsy A. Aubuchon, LMT," the "get25" promo code didn't work, and I was mistakenly informed it was already redeemed. I then applied the "Save3" code and received 20% off instead of the expected 25%. On my purchase from "All Things Skin Organic Skincare," the initial attempt failed with the "Save3" code. Upon retrying, the code didn't apply, and I was charged the full amount, missing out on the 20% discount. It's frustrating that the instructions provided by the Groupon phone support were inaccurate. I had an account under the email [redacted], but it was hacked and subsequently closed. I have created a new account under [redacted] The issue is that all the special offers are still being sent to my old account, and I am unable to access or purchase them. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resetting the password for the old account due to recurring errors. Since my old account is my primary email, I would like to have it reopened. Hello, I bought a Groupon for 7 days of parking at Economy Airport Parking & Shuttle in Milwaukee, WI for spring break. When we arrived, we found the lot full despite the owner telling me reservations were not needed. She refused a refund and suggested contacting Groupon instead. I am disappointed by this experience and believe this business should be removed from Groupon. I am seeking a refund and need assistance with processing it due to my compromised card. Thank you. [redacted] PS: We had to park in airport long term parking at a higher cost, and the walk was difficult for me as I am disabled and had left my placard at home. The situation ended up costing more than expected due to the parking issue.

I have been attempting to schedule my Groupon appointment for three weeks, only to find out that the earliest available slot is a month away. This means that I might not be able to utilize my Groupon for almost two months from now. I am disappointed with the delay in reaching the merchant, and the fact that there are no immediate slots available for Groupon customers makes me feel like the service is not valuing my Groupon purchase. It would have been helpful to have known upfront that appointments for Groupon holders are so limited in availability. I also found it hard to contact Groupon directly to voice my concerns. The support system seemed inefficient, leading me to seek help from a third party to get in touch with Groupon. The limited options in the prompts made it hard to address my specific issue. I hope that my refund request for the Nourishing Massage will be considered. I appreciate the third party’s support in this matter.

We ordered four dinners. Despite multiple emails requesting the vouchers, we have not received them. Our reservation is in 2 hours, and Groupon has yet to resolve this issue. We urgently need a resolution.

I need to change the date of my booking with Oxford Suites (order number [redacted]). The hotel mentioned they are unable to help as Groupon sold the deal to Expedia. I simply need to change the dates or get a refund. I'm worried my window for changes will close before I hear back due to Groupon's lack of support.
