I used the Groupon for Sulmida shaved ice including hot or cold tea on North Road on * April **. I was not satisfied with their service. I saw some of the Groupon reviews and know that the hot tea was supposed to be served with a glass pot and a little cup. When I went there the girl gave me a disposable paper cup. When I asked her, she gave me reasons that I don't accept. **So I wrote a negative review on it. In the beginning I still saw my review there. When I checked it back today, it's not there anymore but all other reviews which were written even earlier (in Jan) than mine were still there. I can notice the reviews that left are all good review. Does that mean all the negative reviews will only be kept there for a very short time and then be deleted? If reviews are kept for a certain period of time, both positive and negative one should be treated the same way but not doing it selectively. My review was in April and now it's gone. I still saw a lot of reviews in Jan and Feb.**How can I trust the reviews on products in Groupon in the future if I know that they are selectively posting the good one. Now I totally not believe the reviews and hesitate to purchase products through Groupon.
