I purchased a luggage set and a portable charger*power bank from Groupon on ******. I returned both. The total purchase was $***.**. Both offers stated "free returns". However, I just received my refund of $***.**, which is $**.** short of the amount paid. I would like a full refund.

After emailing GetHuman, I received an email from Groupon Customer service. They stated that both amounts had been refunded. Just after I received the email, I went into my cc account and see that the shortage amount has been credited. The larger amount is still pending and as the original email stated, "this might take up to ** days". It seems that I only received the shorted amount after I emailed GetHuman. Odd.....
