In early December, I bought a Groupon voucher for a car detail service as a Christmas present for my wife in Boise, Idaho. The voucher was supposed to be sent to her email to redeem on Christmas Day. However, when she tried to redeem it, the system showed that it had already been used, which it hadn't. We contacted the merchant in January or February, and they said we could try to redeem it again, which briefly worked before showing as used again. We've tried contacting the local Groupon merchant in Boise, but they haven't responded. I'm requesting a refund for the unused voucher. My name is Sean S., and my phone number is [redacted]. I purchased three gel manicures from Stella's Nails & Skin. The first one was not satisfactory, and the second one was even worse. The polish did not last as advertised and was applied unevenly with a visible gap. After reaching out to Stella, she insisted it was normal. I requested a redo, but it has been four days without a response. I am disappointed with the poor service and lack of professionalism. I am hesitant to use my last treatment and would like a full refund. Thank you.

I am having difficulty booking a room at the Cairn Hotel in Harrogate using my gift voucher with the security code 757BJ8NA25. The manager mentioned the possibility of extending the voucher until the end of May when I last spoke to him. Originally, my voucher was set to expire on the 30th of April. The manager explained that due to the Harrogate flower show, rooms were being held for guests willing to pay instead of voucher holders. Since vouchers are now being extended until the end of May, I kindly request that my voucher also be extended. This voucher holds sentimental value as it was a gift for my 59th wedding anniversary, purchased by my daughter for £95. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Sincerely, P. Prescott

Order # [redacted] for Kori Cryotherapy. Hello, I wanted to inform you about my recent experiences with the cryotherapy sessions I have attended on 4/5, 4/12, and the most recent one on 4/19. During the last session, I unfortunately experienced an incident. I have been a regular cryotherapy user for several years and have no allergies or contraindications to this treatment. However, during this session, I got burned on the upper side of my left ankle. I promptly reported this to the owner, Patrice, on 4/19. I suspect that the sock provided by Kori Cryotherapy may not have been properly washed, leading to some chemical residues causing the burn. I want to clarify that I followed all the rules and regulations of the facility as instructed by Patrice and her assistant. Patrice requested me to communicate with you regarding a refund for this issue. I am willing to share the email conversation I had with her, along with a photo of the affected area. Due to the pain being unbearable, I have a doctor's appointment scheduled for this afternoon (4/23 at 2:20pm) to address the burn. I hope to receive a full refund and eagerly await your response. I bought 5 stone coasters from Personalization Mall for $11 each. I used PayPal for the shipping costs of $6.49 each and tax of $0.59 each on 4/20. Surprisingly, the Groupon voucher didn't cover the entire cost, leaving me to pay an extra $2 per set. PayPal sent me a confirmation showing I paid the full price of $26.99 per coaster set, without the Groupon discount applied. My total should have been $9.08 each for 5 sets. Please address this issue and either resolve it or cancel my order.

Last summer, I purchased a massage from Eastside Chiropractic. When I informed them about my health issues due to my third diagnosis of breast cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes, the representative assured me that I could use the coupon once I recovered. After facing complications from chemo such as MRSA and Sepsis that required critical care and rehabilitation until Dec 23, followed by radiation and another infection, I am now beginning to regain my strength. However, when I contacted the establishment to redeem the coupon, they refused to honor it. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. - Patricia Eskew

I purchased a massage from Trinity Healing Massage with the order number #LG-B9HW-GR9G-2XRN-FXLV. I also took advantage of a promotion to get 3 more massages at a discounted price of $99 recently. However, upon calling to schedule my massage, I was informed they only operate on Mondays from 8 am to 11 am and Thursdays from 11 am to 4 pm. I was disappointed to find out they did not call me back to arrange an appointment and their line just went to voicemail saying they were busy with another client. I would like a refund for both my vouchers since their operating hours were not clearly disclosed and they have not been responsive in scheduling my massage.

I placed my order on April 9th, and it was shipped on April 11th with an expected arrival date of April 17th. However, as of today, April 23rd, my order has not been received. The tracking information shows that it was "rerouted to a revised delivery address" on April 17th when it was out for delivery. I am unsure what this means and why there has been a delay. The FedEx tracking states that no action is needed from my side and that the order is still on its way, but there is no updated timeframe for delivery. This is my second time ordering through Groupon, and I am disappointed with the lack of communication and inability to speak with someone directly. I would appreciate any clarification on the situation and a definite delivery date. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for fusion hair extensions but have been unable to reach the seller. After locating the seller's supposed location, the owner confirmed the woman does not work there and has been running this scam for a year. This is my second time reaching out to Groupon, and the salon owner has also contacted them multiple times. I am hoping for a prompt resolution to this issue as it has already been a week.

I bought 2 tickets to the Christian Arts Museum of Fort Worth through Groupon. When I arrived, I found out that admission was free, including parking. I paid $8.00 per ticket to access the exhibits, but admission was actually free. Please refund me the $16.00 difference. Additionally, the museum kept one of my tickets to reach out to Groupon about why they are selling tickets to an event with free admission.

A few months ago, we purchased a trip to China on Groupon, our first time using the platform. After reconsidering due to my 80-year-old husband's health, we decided it would be too difficult for him to make the trip. We attempted to cancel about 30 minutes after the purchase, but couldn't reach Groupon. We contacted the travel agency provided in the listing and spoke with a woman who assured us she would cancel it. However, we were still charged $[redacted].00 on our American Express bill. After contacting American Express, they initially said they would resolve it, but recently informed us that the charge was reinstated since Groupon claimed we never cancelled. We are unable to travel to China and promptly tried to cancel. We have had positive experiences with Groupon thus far and kindly request a refund of $[redacted].00.

I attended my appointment only to be informed that I required a bar code which Groupon failed to provide. Despite searching my emails, I could not locate the bar code. Numerous attempts to contact Groupon went unanswered, causing me to run late for my appointment. I am now seeking a refund due to this frustrating experience. The staff mentioned that other customers have encountered the same issue.

I received a voucher for afternoon tea for two with Druckers Vienna Patisserie to be used by April 30, [redacted]. A month ago, I contacted the number on the website in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, and was assured I could use the voucher without booking. Today, when I called to inquire about adding another person to the offer, the manager informed me that Druckers Vienna Patisserie no longer exists and has been replaced by Patisserie Valerie. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered a hot drink and a slice of cake. Disappointed with this sudden change, I reached out to their head office in Birmingham and lodged a complaint. Groupon has not provided any updates on the situation. Frustrated customer here.

I purchased 2 massages from Active Lifestyle Therapy and Massage, but they were auto-redeemed. When trying to book, Groupon said they were redeemed, even though they weren't. After contacting the place, I scheduled appointments for today at 10 am for me and 11 am for my friend. Upon arrival, the location was closed, with no answer on the phone. A neighboring business informed us this is common. I no longer wish to reschedule and would like a refund instead. It's disappointing to miss out on the massages I was looking forward to with my friend. Next time, we'll skip Groupon and pay at a different place directly.

I am having issues redeeming my purchase made on March 19, [redacted] with order number 1[redacted]91-[redacted]. The voucher number is F2C1C9CCTE4C. Despite 6 unsuccessful chat sessions with Sams, the problem persists. They mentioned that the matter needs to be resolved by Groupon. I have a limited time to resolve this matter and it has been very frustrating. When attempting to redeem the voucher, I receive an error message stating, "there was a problem," preventing me from proceeding. The order includes a One-Year Sam's Club Membership Package with a $20 eGiftCard and Instant Savings. The voucher amount paid was $45.00 and should not expire. The promotional value, however, expires on April 30, [redacted].
