I had an appointment at a salon through Groupon, but I encountered several issues. Initially, I was informed the stylist was running late and asked to arrive at 12:30pm. However, the salon called me at 12:10pm questioning my whereabouts, despite my previous explanation. Upon my arrival at 12:30pm as instructed, I found out the stylist had already taken another client, blaming a hectic day. The stylist's attitude was unpleasant, and I was not greeted kindly. Despite being told to come down immediately because she was free, she was still occupied when I arrived, even though I live only 5 minutes away. This experience was frustrating, and I am seeking a refund for the Groupon.

I received an email with a $50.00 discount offer for a Groupon purchase, which got me excited to use it. I logged into Groupon and tried to use the discount for a Thai Style Massage that I had purchased before in January [redacted]. On April 12, [redacted], I bought the massage for $40.00 (after the discount), which was debited from my bank account the same day. Today, when I checked "my groups" to redeem my massage, it wasn't there. I'm frustrated and upset as there is no customer service number to call for help. I want to receive the massage I purchased, and if that's not possible, I would like a refund. I have my bank statement showing the $40.00 charge on April 12, [redacted], as proof. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon for The Beauty Box (Order # [redacted]) for a highlight, but when I arrived, they said my hair's condition didn't allow it. Despite my objections, they only did a partial hair color, which I didn't want and paid more for. They also used a color different from what I asked for. I purchased a Groupon deal from Your Boudoir Experience for a photoshoot package including hairstyling, makeup, and specific image prints. I bought a Groupon from "Mastermind Escape Games" for $[redacted] and made a reservation on their website. I had purchased a Groupon for air duct cleaning on 04/06/[redacted] for my family, but was disappointed with the service. The company that arrived was different from the one advertised, and they only cleaned one vent instead of the 12 vents promised, causing damage to our wall. I've been attempting to communicate with a Groupon representative proficient in English. The replies have been peculiar, failing to address my inquiries accurately. Despite using Groupon gift cards, the agent claimed I was using a credit card (which I had removed). I provided gift card details for two services but did not receive confirmation of the purchase. I'm uncertain about the next steps. I require assistance with this issue. At this point, I am considering no longer using Groupon in the future.

I am currently staying in room [redacted] and I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The cleanliness is subpar with crumbs under the sheets, hair in the shower and toilet, and a hole behind the bathroom door. The bathroom sink appears to be loosely attached to the wall, posing a safety hazard. The water temperature and pressure in the shower are inadequate, taking a long time to heat up properly. Additionally, there are maintenance issues such as crumbs behind the bathroom door and a random clip at the foot of the bed. When I raised these concerns to the front desk, they did not address the issues satisfactorily and refused to change my room. This level of service and room quality is unacceptable. I believe this deal should be removed from your site. I have photos to support my claims and would like to know the best way to share them for further assistance.

I am having trouble redeeming my two expiring coupons for the Groupon Ten-Pack 12x18" Custom Head Cutouts on a Stick from Build-A-Head. I followed all instructions but cannot find where to apply my coupon code on their website. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to use my vouchers as the site is charging me the full price. I bought a Couples Massage and Date Night session on November 19, [redacted], for $79.00 with a discount of -$15.80. We booked our appointment by phone at [redacted]. Arriving early, we couldn't find the location provided over the phone or any sign for the 60-Minute Swedish or Deep Tissue Couples Massage. Despite searching and contacting the number again, we missed the appointment time and never located the service. I reached out to Groupon for help, and they offered to let me use the purchase value for something else, in line with their policy of retaining the paid value even after the promotional period expires. I purchased a Lakeside Day Spa pampered package for two people, intending to use it on a Saturday when our daughter could stay with her aunt. Unfortunately, weekdays are impossible due to childcare constraints, and we will be out of the country in late June for two months. I bought 3 Groupons for Printerpix but had a terrible experience with their customer service. I struggled to reach them by phone and the representative I finally spoke to was rude and unhelpful. When trying to get assistance through the live chat feature, I received irrelevant responses weeks later or automated form letters that didn't address my concerns. I had to ask my daughter for help, who suggested not using the vouchers anymore. Although I managed to complete my project, I don't want to deal with their poor service again. I was charged $20 for a coupon with unclear instructions. I am requesting a refund. My name is S. Bleier and the code provided was GRPNKLYCAR. The advertisement misled me about the offer. I paid for the coupon but received no further guidance on my order. Kindly cancel my order promptly. Attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful. I sent a message yesterday and chatted online with no assistance provided. Your process did not mention the need to pay an additional $20 for flowers. I feel deceived, which appears fraudulent. I have spent over 1 1/2 hours on this issue and demand a refund. Failure to do so will lead me to involve my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

Unfortunately, when I contacted the spa today, April 22nd to schedule an appointment, I was informed that the voucher had expired on April 19th. As a first-time user who was not familiar with the process, I kindly request an extension for my voucher (number [redacted]1) so I can still utilize the offer. Hello, I've noticed some deals posted that vendors do not honor. For instance, at Royelle Beauty Bar, the $29 deal was not accepted, and I was charged an extra $25. Additionally, at Prestige Med, the ad stated Winchester, San Jose, but they only offered it at their San Ramon office for $[redacted]. When contacting these businesses, they ask for direct payment, contradicting the Groupon offers. It's confusing when businesses deviate from the advertised deal, making Groupon look bad. It might be best to remove such ads to avoid this situation in the future. Thank you.

Back in March, I contacted Groupon about some issues I had with my vouchers. I just want all the refunds in Groupon Bucks so I can repurchase. There have been issues with using vouchers due to personal circumstances and merchant policies. I appreciate the responses I've received, but nothing has been resolved yet. I need the credits to be able to trade for something else. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought (2) vouchers for Pampas Grill on Dec 3, [redacted]. Each voucher was good for $11 towards a $20 value Brazilian BBQ meal at the Burbank location. However, I was only approved for one voucher, and when I tried to use the second one, I realized they both had the same barcode, causing an embarrassing situation at the restaurant. I received an email from Vivian A. at LivingSocial, expressing understanding and offering help to resolve the issue. I was provided with a PDF of the voucher. I purchased a Groupon getaway for Schlitterbahn Resort in New Braunfels. The rooms were dirty and customer service was rude and unhelpful. Our room had a bad smell, a clogged sink, and didn't resemble a resort but more like a subpar motel. It did not match what was advertised. Additionally, the waterpark was closed, and we did not receive the water park tickets as stated. It turned out to be a disappointing experience, wasting both time and money.
