Dear Customer Service, On February 9th, my wife bought three coupons for Steamboat Hot Springs in Reno, Nevada for her relatives visiting from the Bay Area. Due to heavy snow in the Sierra, they couldn't use them as planned. We visited recently, but I had an allergic reaction to the water. The staff at the springs suggested contacting Groupon for a refund. We used one couple's coupon during our visit. I'm reaching out to request a refund for the unused coupons: #[redacted]1 for $31.00 and #[redacted]4 for $15.50, both purchased under Sharon Zhang's name. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I purchased a $45 One Year membership package that included a $20 e-gift card and instant savings. I've been trying to redeem the code on the website provided on the voucher but it's not working. I reached out to Sam's Club and they directed me to contact Groupon. I've been trying to reach Groupon for over a week without success, and now my voucher has expired. I still want to redeem my coupon. I would like my Groupon to be redeemed for what I bought - the 1 Year membership with the $20 e-gift card, $15 e-gift card, and everything else included. If Groupon cannot do this, I request a refund of the full $45 I paid for the Groupon as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have a Groupon voucher for a 60-minute massage expiring on 5/10. When I called last week to book an appointment, I was informed of only one available slot in the next two weeks. I politely requested if they could honor the Groupon due to the limited availability. The response I received was unsatisfactory and impolite, stating they couldn't understand why I hadn't booked sooner and suggested I seek a refund from Groupon instead. I am now requesting a refund to my debit card. I have been a loyal Groupon customer for many years and have never experienced such discourteous behavior before. On April 3, [redacted], I bought Burberry Sun and Optical Frames [redacted]/Top Black on Amber/53mm/Brown Gradient for $[redacted].54. The tracking showed it would arrive on Monday, 4/15/19. Surprisingly, it was marked delivered on Friday, 4/12/19 when checked on 4/13/19. I searched the community mailbox area but couldn't find it. USPS claimed it was signed for by someone, which wasn't me or my husband. Our gate was locked, making it impossible to leave a package. Even after two USPS investigations, no resolution was provided since Groupon didn't pay for insurance. Despite attempts to reach out to Groupon, I'm still awaiting a response to either get the sunglasses I purchased or a refund of $[redacted].54. Thank you.

I contacted the business a month ago and the person who appeared to be running it scheduled my appointment for May 7th. However, when I called recently, I was informed through an automated message that the owner, who seemed to be the only one managing the business, is no longer taking appointments due to a leg injury. I tried reaching out again, but the mailbox was full, and there was no response to my text messages. I am unsure of what to do next or if I am eligible for a refund. Recently, I came across an offer for a hotel room at the Houston Marriott Westchase advertised at $69.00 per night, but upon further inspection, the website displayed a price of $79.00 when I tried to view the deal. After selecting my dates, the price inflated to $[redacted].00 per night. My wife and I frequently travel to Houston for her appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center, staying in hotels for multiple days each visit. Seeking affordable options is crucial due to the expenses involved. Encountering bait-and-switch tactics on this particular site was disappointing. While Groupon has been reliable for me in the past, the inability to reach out for clarification is frustrating. I attempted to select various rooms, but the prices continued to rise, never matching the initial $69.00 rate that was advertised.

I purchased a Groupon for Integrative Body Therapies and unfortunately, they are fully booked and unable to accommodate my appointment before my voucher expires at the end of May. They advised me to reach out to Groupon for a refund since I won't be able to use the service at all. I'd appreciate it if I could get a refund for the voucher.

I was disappointed that Theresa's Restaurant closed before I could use my Groupon. When I tried to transfer the credit to buy a Groupon for Sally G's in Warren, NJ, I couldn't do it. I received a message to contact customer service, but I couldn't find a working number anywhere. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted] to resolve this issue. If I encounter this problem again, I will have to cancel my account and stop using Groupon. Despite notifying Groupon of Theresa's closure, I received an expired extension for a closed restaurant, causing confusion. A short conversation with a customer service representative could have prevented this frustration and saved me time.

I had a disappointing experience with Chirocare Recovery Center. I had scheduled a massage, but it was canceled on the day of the appointment. They rescheduled me for four months later and mentioned they would contact me if an earlier slot became available. However, I never received any communication from them. They claimed to have sent me a text, but I did not get it. When I called back, they mentioned a $15 fee to reschedule and pushed my appointment another month out. The center only has two massage therapists and was offering three massages on Groupon without being able to accommodate them promptly. My Groupon vouchers are expiring soon, and I have yet to receive any services. I am seeking a refund and hope to leave a review on Groupon to warn others about this disappointing service.

Hello, my name is Jade B. I've been trying to buy tickets for the Wiz Khalifa tour at Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga, Ohio, scheduled for July 30 at 6 PM. I've encountered difficulties on the Groupon website and app. Despite attempting to buy four tickets, Groupon keeps stating that the order exceeds the event's purchase maximum. I even tested purchasing two or one ticket to see if it made a difference, to no avail. I've tried various payment methods, ruling out issues on my end. Strangely, my Groupon app now shows eight pending tickets supposedly purchased today. I have screenshots proving this error, as I never intended to buy these tickets, and I didn't receive a confirmation. I bought a Groupon for a massage on 4/17/19 and now want a refund. I've tried to schedule the massage since 4/18/19 but haven't had any luck. I received initial communication about a family tragedy, but since then, despite multiple attempts to reach out, I haven't been able to connect. I tried calling and texting several times, but the mailbox is always full or I don't receive a response. It's frustrating not getting any clear information on when services will resume. On December 9, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for Range USA to access their indoor shooting range for a year, which needed to be activated by April 8, [redacted]. Last week, we visited Range USA for the first time with our new membership, hoping to utilize one of our dining certificates, only to discover a closure notice on the door. Despite my attempts, I've been unable to reach Groupon for assistance. Today, I received an email from Groupon promoting certificates for [redacted] Deli and Eatery, which is also closed. Local news confirmed the abrupt closure of Range USA. I paid for these items using PayPal and would like a prompt refund to my PayPal account. I encountered a technical issue with Groupon resulting in my credit card being charged for 6 transactions. While talking to my credit card company, Groupon tried to make more charges. There were 3 bookings for Groupon getaways to nearby hotels and 2 duplicate $[redacted] charges to one hotel. Groupon is refusing to issue a refund for the extra charges that were not related to Groupon deals. Despite speaking to over 50 reps, including 20 supervisors, I was met with apologies but no resolution. The hotel has no reservation record, and they refuse to refund me. I have involved my credit card company in the investigation, as I am facing $[redacted] in charges and fees. The situation has caused immense stress, leading me to seek medical help for Pneumonia and Strep throat.

I recently bought a $20 Groupon for ProFlowers, but it hasn't been processed yet. Since it's late and I can't place the order promptly, I tried to cancel it. However, the cancel button is not working. I would like to cancel this order, but it seems like it's stuck. This has not been a good start with Groupon for me, and I really need this canceled. I paid with PayPal, and the transaction is still pending. Please cancel this for me.

I am frustrated as my bed delivery was canceled last minute due to the supplier not dispatching it, leaving me without a bed. I am disappointed with the lack of organization and communication from your company and am now left sleeping on the floor unexpectedly. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with a timeline for when my bed will be delivered. Additionally, I am recovering from meningitis and sleeping on the floor is detrimental to my health. I hope to receive compensation for this inconvenience.

I ordered a massage as a birthday gift for my daughter in February [redacted]. Unfortunately, she's having trouble redeeming it due to various restrictions and scheduling conflicts. I bought a Groupon deal for gutter cleaning from S&S Residential Gutter Cleaning Services on March 21, [redacted]. I attempted to schedule an appointment on April 5th, but I couldn't reach them. Despite leaving messages, no one got back to me, and their voicemail was always full. When I checked my Groupon account, it indicated that the deal was redeemed, which is incorrect. I contacted Groupon, and after some back and forth, no resolution was offered. I've tried contacting the merchant multiple times with no success, including during different hours and days of the week. Groupon now shows the deal as redeemed on April 16th, which is also inaccurate. Despite further communication with Groupon, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.
