I bought tickets for Night Lights in San Antonio. The event date changed twice over two months. I won't be in San Antonio on the new date, so I need a refund. This was going to be a date for my spouse and me. We drove out twice just to find it canceled, a waste of money and time.

I have a Groupon for Big Al’s Shooting Range expiring tomorrow, April 16th. When I called to ask if they could honor it on Saturday, I was told no by a rude man on the phone. Despite knowing that I would still have credit after the expiration date, he insisted that they wouldn't do anything about it. I am unhappy with Big Al’s customer service and would like a refund instead of using the credit, as I am not willing to make a 5-hour drive to Pembroke Pines for such treatment.

I bought a Groupon for a massage that is valid for another 40 days, but I'm having trouble scheduling an appointment. The location is hard to reach by phone, and the online booking system only shows available slots a week after my Groupon expires because they have limited employees. It's frustrating as there are few massage slots and only two staff members available. When I reached out via text, I didn't get much help. I bought kangaroo and sour gummy worms-[redacted] mg through Groupon. I paid $9.99, but when FedEx delivered it, the invoice said $29.99. I've tried contacting Best CBD Finds and Yuka Clothing (where Best CBD Finds is from) via phone and email but haven't received any response.

I encountered an issue while making purchases as items did not appear in my basket. Despite multiple attempts, the purchases didn't go through, with no confirmation message received. Strangely, the four items remained in the basket. After contacting customer service, I was informed that a refund was not possible. Upon checking my bank statement, I discovered I was charged for 14 items. Despite expressing my displeasure to the agent, a refund was not granted. I refused the delivery to cancel the order, but subsequent attempts to speak to a manager were unsuccessful. In frustration, my request for an order cancellation and refund remains unresolved. I have already informed you that the merchant, Courtyard Rooms, is unable to accommodate the three-day offer due to a lack of availability. Despite following the voucher instructions as advised, the merchant does not have the necessary dates to honor the voucher. I am requesting a refund so I can make alternative arrangements, potentially through Groupon. This issue has been disappointing, especially since I had planned to treat a friend who has been going through a tough time.

I placed an order on 2/4 and immediately noticed a significant error in the price. I contacted Groupon right away to correct this mistake. Despite my clear instruction not to proceed with the incorrect order or charge any money, the follow-up has been unsatisfactory. The staff member did not address the actual issue. While away from home, I monitored my bank account and was relieved to see that no funds had been withdrawn. I received a Groupon for an Icon parking pass for a 24-hour stay, costing $35.00 and expiring on April 30, [redacted]. On April 14, I parked from 8:50 pm to about 6:30 pm on April 15 (totaling 22 hours). The attendant at the lot was unhelpful and forced me to pay $35.00 instead of utilizing the 24-hour pass. It seemed like he misunderstood how the Groupon worked, as I believe it covers the entire parking duration. Despite my explanations, I had to pay the full amount to retrieve my car. I am seeking a refund from Groupon or their intervention with Icon parking to resolve the issue and reimburse me. The experience with Icon's service was disappointing, leaving me feeling taken advantage of. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am writing to inform you that I have not received the Remington razor I ordered from your website. In the past, I have made several purchases from your site. However, when I attempted to check the status of the razor today, I discovered that my account no longer exists. The username for my account was [redacted] I can provide the password upon request. I accidentally purchased two Groupons instead of one for Sev Lazer. I've been trying to contact them for four days with no success. Finally reached them after numerous attempts and found out they have no availability until June. Additionally, they advised against sun exposure for the laser hair removal treatments, which won't work for me as it will be summer by the time they can fit me in. I urgently need to cancel these Groupons, even if there's a fee. I only intended to buy one, not two. Can you assist me in getting a full refund?

I recently received a black cross body bag that I ordered, however, it arrived defective. The side of the bag is ripped where it should be sewn, and there is a large stain on the back that won't come off. I don't have the order number as it didn't come with an order slip. This bag was meant to be a gift, but I can't give it in this condition. Please send a replacement as soon as possible. After a four and a half hour drive, my husband and I reached the Redstone Inn in Redstone, CO, on Monday, April 15, at 3 pm, only to find the entire roof being replaced with roofing equipment spread all over. The loud banging continued until after 8 pm and resumed at 7:30 am on April 16. We were not only disturbed by the noise and fumes from the machinery but also had no access to TV channels aside from FOX News, CNN, and a sports channel as the network dishes were removed. Additionally, we lost phone service. Being the only guests not informed about the roof replacement due to a lack of contact information provided by Groupon, this stay intended as a relaxing 52nd anniversary gift from our daughter turned into a stressful ordeal. I purchased a Groupon for a massage and arranged an appointment for April 25th, which was the soonest availability in May. However, the masseuse just informed me that she needs to reschedule for June 1st due to an issue with her forearm, the day before the Groupon expires on June 2nd. The scheduling options have been limited to Tuesdays and Thursdays only, despite my initial preference for Fridays or Saturdays. She mentioned hiring someone new which may help with availability in the future.

I booked a two-night stay at Embassy Suites Niagara Falls for April 14 & 15 through Groupon on April 13 but didn't receive confirmation. On April 14 at 8 am, there was nothing on my Groupon account, so I tried to repurchase. Both purchases showed as pending. I tried contacting Groupon online but couldn't reach anyone by phone. Needing an early check-in, I went to Embassy Suites at noon, but they had no record of my Groupon purchase. I had to book directly with the hotel at a higher cost. Around 2 pm, I got a confirmation from Groupon saying my order was nearly complete. Please cancel both orders and refund my credit card.

I purchased a double massage package but have only used one session. I received an email stating that the center is closing down and appointments must be scheduled before April 30th. Despite calling and leaving messages for a week, I have not received a response. As I will be away the weekend of April 30th and have long work hours during the week, I need to use my massage this upcoming weekend. Hello, my name is Carol E. I purchased an oil change Groupon through Valvoline, but I discovered it isn't valid anywhere in my state or within a 50-mile radius. The Groupon was delayed, taking a day to arrive in my inbox, and when I tried to redeem it after waiting 24 hours, I was unable to do so. As my birthday was on April 16th, which should have been the third day after purchase, I was unable to use it on the first two days and didn't immediately return it online as I was celebrating with my family. Today, on the fourth day (though only technically the second day I could use it due to Groupon delays), I am requesting a refund for the unused Groupon. This is my first experience with Groupon, and I hope it will not be my last. Please refund the money to my account.
