I have emailed, been on chat several times and been disconnected and then I was told to leave my phone number and someone would call me back.*No one has called me back or responded to my problem.**I purchased an microneedling from Serena day spa and it was impossible to get them on the phone. I had to go through with the groupon because they didn't even return a call or pick up their phone for over three days. When I got there she said I should do a laser instead of microneedling. So I did. What she didn't tell me was the the laser is advertised as **. and I had paid **. for the microneedling plus tax and tip. I didn't even discover this until I had another problem with a groupon when I again tried to purchased for microneedling and a peel from Serena Day Spa. Again I could not get them on the phone for days. So when I finally did she said oh well you'll have to pay cash as you've had the procedure before. Which I had not. I have been trying to get a refund. Serena spa says you have my money but thi spa makes it impossible to cancel as they wait just until the three days is up to even talk to a customer. I want my money for **.** that i purchased on *.**.** returned to my credit card. I have been emailing Groupon and calling ever since I purchased this. Additionally this spa takes down all their bad reviews about how you can't get them on the phone. I like Groupon very much but this has been fraud (bait and switch the first time with serena Day spa) and then their (Serena Day Spa's) delaying process so you have to end up going there. I have all the documentation. *Please call me (to arrange a time for any day this week if you need my credit card and do not have it on file. It ends with the numbers ** So I can have the **.** returned to my credit card.). Additionally Serena Day Spa does not speak highly of Groupon. Emailing and calling the client did no good. I emailed Groupon and then got a response and a a refund to my credit card after detailing the issue. Thank you Groupon...!
