I bought two massage vouchers from Bodyworks and encountered difficulties scheduling appointments before the May 3rd expiry date. Each Groupon includes 3 one-hour massages for $99. One is for me, and the other is for my partner. I am an 82-year-old individual and find the scheduling process inefficient. Despite calling the landline 4-5 times, I have not received a response. Online booking also proved unsuccessful as the earliest available slot was at the end of June, after the expiration date. Bodyworks is unable to accommodate us sooner, causing me stress. I am considering requesting a refund instead. Thank you for your guidance.

I need assistance with two BodyWorks Groupons urgently. I have struggled to book six one-hour massages before the May 3rd expiration date. Despite multiple phone attempts (3-4), I have not received a response. Trying online also proved futile as the earliest available appointment is in July. Feeling frustrated with the lack of availability. BodyWorks Massage is operated by one person and appears overwhelmed with the Groupon promotions, resulting in unresponsiveness to my repeated attempts to schedule appointments.

I recently received my sheet set and was disappointed to find out that they are made of 60% polyester, which was not mentioned on the website. I have initiated a return but am having trouble printing the return shipping label. I would like a refund back to my card as none of the alternative sheet sets appeal to me due to the polyester content. The only other set I liked is out of the color I wanted. I got an email offering a $5 Starbucks electronic gift card with a $10 credit. I clicked "buy" and selected PayPal. Unfortunately, I closed the PayPal window before making the payment. When I tried to buy it again, it said it was already purchased. I found the Starbucks Groupon in my purchases, cancelled it, and tried to buy it again, but now it's saying the offer has expired.

I ordered size 3 khaki shorts, but received size 11 and 13 instead. I would appreciate a refund or the correct sizes. Please send a return slip for the wrong items. Let's discuss the issue and improve recognition of proper sizing for future shipments. Thank you, Dianna Bulisky.

My daughter ordered a set of drapes for me, and the package I received today is not what I expected. The drapes I received are 38” x 63” instead of the 63” x 84” red blackout drapes that were ordered. This is the second time a wrong size has been shipped after a previous incorrect shipment. Good afternoon, my name is Dianna Bulisky. I received dark blue khaki shorts in size 11 instead of the size 3 I requested, and khaki tan shorts in size 13 instead of the size 3 I ordered. The sizes are too big for me. I am disappointed by the error in my order and would appreciate if you could provide me with 2 return labels to send back the incorrect items. I recently tried to buy a birthday gift for my son in Texas (I'm in CA). He loves Death Wish Coffee, known as the strongest out there. I saw a great deal advertised online for 10 boxes of 10 k-cups for $59.75, half the usual price. However, upon delivery, my son only got 2 boxes. So, it ended up being the most expensive coffee ever at $60 for only 20 k-cups! This was for my son's birthday, so I'm very disappointed with Valeriy Market. I've been keeping an eye on the tracking info, which seems suspicious. It shows the product was delivered but the tracking is still ongoing. What does that mean? Valeriy Market owes my son 8 more boxes of coffee or needs to refund me the difference. It's been a month now, and they need to fix this.

I purchased a Groupon for Elite Shine Mobile Detailing. I visited their business today only to find out they no longer accept Groupons. When I checked my previously printed Groupon, it claimed it was used on Dec 22, [redacted], but I have never used it. The employee at the business explained that this issue has affected over [redacted] customers, as Groupon has failed to pay the business, resulting in services not being provided. I am looking for a refund rather than Groupon credit.

I purchased a Groupon from Bella Vita LLC for a facial at $92. When I tried to redeem it for a chemical peel, I was told it couldn't be used for that. After contacting Groupon three times to try to resolve this, I received the same response. I still haven't been able to use the Groupon for what I wanted. I ended up charging $[redacted] for the service instead. I am unsure if the $92 was refunded or if I was double charged for the facial and chemical peel. This issue has been ongoing since my first visit on 4.8.19 at Bella Vita.

Hello, I bought a Groupon deal for a safari, but I haven't received the email yet. Groupon number: [redacted]55 I need the email to be sent to my new email address as I can't access my old one. The new email is [redacted] I am unable to print the Groupon or book the safari for Friday without it. I am also unable to answer the security question as I don't have access to my old email. The safari for 6 adults needs to be used on Friday, April 12th. If it's not possible to book it for Friday, I would like a refund.

I bought a Groupon deal but couldn't use it due to not being a suitable candidate for the service. A while ago, the company assured me they would refund the amount back to my credit card, which they haven't done yet. It's a significant sum of money, and I'm quite disappointed about the delay. I'm unsure how to prompt them to complete the refund. Furthermore, they mentioned it would take ten days to reflect in my account, leaving me in the dark about whether the transaction has been processed until another ten days pass.

In January, I hired Premiere Heating and Air to clean the ducts in my condo. The technician informed me there was mold present and needed immediate treatment. I agreed to have the ducts cleaned and mold treatment for slightly over $[redacted]. Additionally, I was advised to have my carpets cleaned due to mold, costing $[redacted] in cash to another service the following day. Despite these efforts, I continued experiencing problems and later had my unit cleaned. After contacting an HVAC business, I discovered there was no mold but a vent box issue that required a $[redacted] repair. I initially rated Premiere Heating and Air positively on Groupon, but now feel the need to update it to an F rating as I believe they took advantage of me as an elderly customer.

Unfortunately, due to being ill and awaiting a double organ transplant, I can't use my ticket. I'd like to know if my niece can use the ticket in my name. During the initial visit, the client was charged $1,[redacted].00, and the insurance company was billed $1,[redacted].00 on 11/27/[redacted]. Following a procedure where a steel rod was implanted in the bone and fell out later, Shirley and Dr. Kelly agreed to re-insert it at no cost. Despite numerous attempts to reach Shirley, there was no response, and the promised client statements every two weeks were never provided. Additionally, services outlined in the agreement, like sending details to the insurance company electronically, were not completed. The CT exam included in the Groupon deal for $[redacted].00 was never conducted. Subsequently, the clinic informed the client they would not proceed with the implant or any further work, contradicting their initial promise. A refund was issued by Synchrony Bank in January, but a re-billing of $1,[redacted].00 was attempted in March, raising concerns of insurance fraud. Requesting clarity from Groupon regarding the situation and potential investigation assistance is necessary.

I bought a Groupon for a cake from Smith Island Cakes in Maryland without realizing it was an out-of-state purchase. I tried to redeem it but couldn't find information. The Groupon expires in May. I emailed the company to ask about redemption and was surprised to see a minimum $15 shipping fee. The cake is discounted, but still very costly. After paying for expensive health insurance, I have little disposable income. I thought I could treat myself with this Groupon, but the shipping cost makes it too expensive. I purchased a massage with Lori Jorgenson in St. Paul, Minnesota. Despite making the appointment promptly and arriving on time, she was not present. I left a note and a voicemail, to which Lori later responded via voicemail indicating that she does not accept this Groupon due to issues with the online appointment system. I have kept her voicemail as proof of her refusal to honor the Groupon. I kindly request a full refund for this Groupon, as I do not wish to be offered any additional services or store credit. I had an awful experience with a Groupon purchase that was not honored by the merchant. I requested a refund through Customer Service after speaking with a representative who assured me the refund was processed. However, I originally paid $49.00, but only received $38.00 back without any explanation provided. I am also frustrated with the lack of live customer service representatives available at Groupon. It has become challenging to speak with a real person regarding any issues or concerns.
