I bought a Groupon for Hatzu Japanese Bistro. On the door it says closed until further notice. I would like a refund.
GetHuman2643399 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I went on life chat, a representative 'talked' to me, but I was not able to do the live chat because I could not find the place to type in my message. So the rep emailed me. I emailed back about my concern. The rep offered me Groupon bucks but I was not interested in getting another Groupon. So the rep offered to refund what I paid for that particular Groupon back to my credit card.
Please help with my Groupon issue
