I purchased and utilized my Groupon LG-YXW*-TR**-*T*G-K*LM. I mailed it to Memories on Media on **********. Per USPS my package (* VHS tapes) was delivered on February *, **** at *:** am.**I had multiple telephone conversations with the company (Vicki and Robert, ph.* ***-***-****) regarding my package since they could not find it.
