Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-abehnke's own words
I want a refund for my Groupon I purchased from printerpix. I purchased this Groupon, ordered my *** Christmas cards on December *, put my voucher * in the box, and it charged me shipping and handling. *I received my order on Dec **. I received ONE Christmas card. I emailed them, they said that’s what I ordered, I didn’t d Ted the redemption code, etc. which I did, as I distinctly remember doing so. *Regardless, even if I HAD e texted it wrong- it took them * WEEKS to print and ship ONE card?! So by the time I received it, it was too late to order new cards. So I was not able to send out Christmas cards this year. *I contacted them for a refund and was told no, since it was my mistake. *Again, it wasn’t, BUT it still doesn’t excuse them taking * weeks to print * card. *So I would like a refund for this Groupon. They were rude and unprofessional and I have no plans to use them in the future.
