I would like a refund for my groupon I purchased for pedicure and shoes * go day spa. I was very excited to use the couples massage I purchased. When I booked the appointment the woman on the phone acted very strange and originally said there were no openings for the day I requested, the line disconnected before I could say anything. I then called back just to make sure and the same woman told me I could come the day I had requested. My guest and I arrived on time for our appointment and were not warmly greeted by any staff. When we were greeted, I could tell something was up. We waited for about ** minuets before the woman (the same woman I spoke to on the phone) told me she “accidentally” sent the massage therapist home and that we would have to reschedule, she also told me because I purchased through groupon that I would not be able to be discounted for the inconvenience. This was extremely upsetting because my guest and I drove almost and hour to get to the massage and were offered nothing but a insincere apology. I then tried to reschedule the appointment, despite the unprofessionalism I had experienced. The number I had originally called went straight to voicemail, as well as the number that was on their site that I had called. Even after leaving a message I still have been getting the run-around and I have no desire to continue to try and make it work with these people. I would not like a groupon voucher, all I want is the full refund I deserve for my inconvenience. Feel free to ask for any more details of the event but I expect to have my money returned. *Best, Lena Bobo
