Use this to search for your issue.*A number of help articles will then surface. Select the title that best matches your issue.* Beneath the article is a link that says "Still need help?" Select this.*You'll then be presented with the option to email the merchant. Select that option and fill out the form onscreen.*After you submit your email, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Please allow ** hours for the merchant’s response. **These instructions to email merchant go to Groupon customer care because I keep getting replies from you Groupon, not the actual merchant.
