I purchased a product (**********) on February **, was billed for the product, and it never arrived. It was shipped via FedEx (FedEx * **********************) which says it was delivered on March *. The product never arrived and I have checked my property extensively. This is not the first time we have had items stolen because FedEx ignores the signage on my front door requesting delivery to the back. I would either like to be refunded my money so I can try purchasing again, or I would like a replacement shipped please. Thank you for your help and patience.
