Hi, I have a reservation for tomorrow night. I placed the order on Tuesday and called today (thursday) to make sure it was received and they said they don’t see my reservation anywhere in their system. I need someone to contact the hotel and confirm the purchase I made with Groupon. They told me my name is no where to be found and if I showed up tomorrow without Groupon getting in touch with them about my order than I wouldn’t have room even though I spent $*** through Groupon. It’s so frustrating that I can’t get anyone on the phone with Groupon and I expect to hear back as soon as possible being that my reservation is for tomorrow. Please help ASAP. Thank you.
