I purchased a $[redacted] voucher for the [redacted] Fifth RoofTop Bar. Upon arriving on March 19, we were informed there was a private event. Despite being told no reservations were needed, we were asked to return after midnight due to the party. Unwilling to wait in the rain until then, we were disappointed, especially as this was to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. The manager mentioned contacting GROUPON for a possible refund due to the voucher's expiration at the month's end. Could you please refund $[redacted]? We are loyal customers and value your service. Although the manager assured the event will be offered again next year, we may not be returning to New York. Thanks for your attention. GROUPON #LG-SYNX-77GG-YN62-KF4S Thank you, Carol S. email: [redacted]

I purchased a Groupon deal for an oil change at Valvoline. The Groupon cost $49.50, and I understood this covered the oil change without any additional charges at Valvoline. However, upon redemption, the Groupon discount only deducted $40.49 from the $89.99 Valvoline price, so I ended up paying $49.50 to Valvoline on top of the Groupon price. This brought my total to $99, the same as Valvoline's regular oil change cost. My Groupon order number is [redacted] and Valvoline invoice number is [redacted] from the [redacted] E Kalamazoo St location in Lansing, MI. I believe I should receive a refund from either Groupon or Valvoline as I feel I was double-charged for the service. Thank you.

The website is requesting my credit card details to book a massage that I already paid for with a Groupon at Therapeutic Healing Massage for a 90-minute session. I contacted them following the voicemail instructions to schedule my appointment but was unable to do so without entering my credit card information. This shouldn't be necessary as the Groupon payment should cover my booking without any extra steps.

Good evening, Groupon. I have a concern regarding a recent purchase I made for a Window Cleaning Groupon from Catalina Window Cleaner. I paid $89 through Groupon, but upon calling Catalina to confirm due to having 4 extra panels, I was quoted an additional $[redacted] for the extra panels on my two-story home. Despite noting this on my Groupon receipt, when the cleaner arrived, he claimed I did not mention the home was two stories, although I had. After cleaning the inside windows, he then unexpectedly increased the total price to $[redacted] for the outside, totaling $[redacted] with the initial $89 paid through Groupon. Additionally, finding a note requesting an additional $39 after his departure has left me feeling unsatisfied and questioning the integrity of this service. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and clarity in pricing, especially given the Groupon involvement.

Hello, I recently received a Groupon gift for a 60-minute reflexology session at Rose Foot Spa on 49 W. 39th St, NYC, NY, from my mom. She paid $44.00 for it. However, I found out that the same service is listed for $35.00 on their wall and website, which seems unreasonable. When I raised this concern, the staff pretended not to understand me. To make matters worse, I could smell cigarette smoke as the front desk person was smoking in the hallway, compromising the overall atmosphere. What's even more concerning is their lack of sanitary practices; they used bare hands to dip into a shared container of Vaseline and didn't change foot towels between customers. This was displeasing and unsanitary. I believe they should improve their practices, and I would appreciate a credit for a future service. Thank you, Lisa B.

I received my Groupon order on 3/27/[redacted], which included 3 dented Hempz moisture whip body crème and the Hempz sweet pineapple & honey shampoo and conditioner. The condition of the box was poor, with one corner open and barely sealed, causing the conditioner bottle to be punctured. The pump was also damaged, resulting in leakage. Approximately a third of the conditioner was lost, and I had to use packing tape to prevent further leaks. The bottles are all dented, making them unsuitable as gifts. The entire shipment was a mess, likely due to rough handling by FedEx. I would prefer to pay more for better shipping to avoid receiving damaged products. I wanted to inform you of this issue as a dissatisfied customer. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for my Spa Castle Groupon vouchers due to a disappointing experience. We arrived at 8:30 pm, assuming we had enough time before the 11:30 pm closing time. However, we were informed that the pools would be closing early, and the indoor hot tub jets were not functioning properly. One of the pools was drained and unavailable, leaving us crowded in a smaller pool. The outdoor hot tub jets were also not working, and we witnessed inappropriate behavior without any supervision. The employees were impolite and inattentive to our concerns. This experience was unsatisfactory, and I would like a refund.

Hello, I have been attempting to obtain a return shipping label for over a week now from Wholesale Sock Deals. Order #: [redacted] Purchase Date: Saturday, Mar 16, [redacted] Delivered on: Mar 21, [redacted] Qty: 1 I have diligently followed the provided instructions: 1. Ensure you are signed in and visit the Customer Support page. 2. Select the order in question. 3. Utilize the search bar under the order details to find your specific issue. 4. Choose the help article that best matches your concern. 5. Click on the "Still need help?" link. 6. Opt to email the merchant by filling out the online form. Despite following these instructions, the emails are directed to Groupon's customer care instead of the actual merchant, causing confusion.

I am requesting a refund for a Groupon I purchased for a pedicure and visit to "Shoes 2 Go Day Spa" for a couple's massage. The booking process was frustrating as the receptionist initially claimed no availability for my preferred day but later confirmed the appointment. Upon arrival with my guest, we were met with a cold welcome and informed that the massage therapist had been mistakenly sent home, requiring us to reschedule without any compensation for the inconvenience. Despite attempts to rebook, the unprofessionalism continued as calls went unanswered and voicemails were left unreturned. I am disappointed with the service received and simply seek a full refund instead of a replacement voucher. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, L. Bobo

I recently bought a Groupon for a Sam's Club membership for $35. My husband's membership just expired, and I planned to sign up as the primary member. However, I couldn't complete the online registration with the Groupon and had to call Sam's Club Customer Service. Apparently, my name was still associated with my husband's old membership, disqualifying me as a "new member" to use the Groupon. Can I please receive a refund of $35 credited back to my Visa for the unused Groupon? Thank you. - Norah C.

I am seeking a refund for my Groupon purchased from Printerpix. On December 2, I ordered [redacted] Christmas cards using the Groupon, entering the voucher number and paying for shipping. However, when the order arrived on Dec 21, there was only one Christmas card included. I contacted their customer service, they insisted it was my error, even though I remember entering the redemption code correctly. It is unacceptable that it took them 3 weeks to deliver just one card, leaving me unable to send out Christmas cards on time. Despite their claims, I firmly believe it was not my mistake. The lack of professionalism and the delay have left me dissatisfied, and I am requesting a refund. I do not intend to use their services in the future due to this negative experience.

During our visit to the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, we encountered a worker with subpar customer service. After addressing the issue with manager Samantha, she advised our group of four that a refund could be processed by Groupon for the unsatisfactory experience. While the other three members have already received their refunds for separate transactions, I have yet to redeem my voucher and would like to request a full refund. The voucher remains unused on my account, and as per Samantha's instructions, she is unable to issue the refund herself. We were instructed to contact Groupon services to arrange a full refund for the three voucher passes purchased for the buffet to ensure better customer service moving forward.

Hello Groupon, I recently bought a deal for a new One-Year Sam’s Club Membership Package, but I haven't received the $20 eGift Card and $15 eGift Card as promised. I visited Sam's Club for assistance, but they couldn't help and advised me to contact Groupon. Order #: [redacted] Purchase Date: Wednesday, Oct 24, [redacted] Redemption Code: W3GIQKCHWH3W I would appreciate it if you could assist me in receiving the missing eGift Cards or provide me with a $35.00 credit for future Groupon purchases. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, S. Maras PH: [redacted]

I have contacted support three times, but was disconnected during the fourth call due to high call volume, hence this email. I possess a Groupon for a 24x20 acrylic print expiring tomorrow. I've invested 5 hours today attempting to use the Groupon, but your site keeps rejecting the code after I upload the photo successfully. Despite switching to Google Chrome, the issue persists. Kindly extend the expiration date until this is fixed or refund my payment. I am unable to spend more time on this today. The account is registered under the email - [redacted], and the Groupon code is WIEEDGKUUSS. Please provide guidance on resolving this promptly.

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to address the misleading information being presented about our business on Groupon. The details provided are inaccurate and were not authorized by us. Our establishment is "Intouch Massage," specializing in therapeutic massage, not a luxury day spa. We do not provide physiotherapy services, as it is illegal to advertise services we do not offer. Additionally, the claim of offering multiple relaxing spa treatments is false. The pricing listed under "View Services" > "Pricing" is incorrect. We urge you to contact us to clarify how this misinformation was obtained and to rectify or remove the page promptly. Sincerely, Patrick Mayhew on behalf of Intouch Massage

I purchased 2.5 hours of house cleaning from Whole Home Cleaning at the end of [redacted] using Groupon voucher LG-GJZP-W4LC-6BXT-HZSJ, with Voucher #[redacted]6 expiring on 3/19/19. After a rescheduled appointment due to the cleaner's illness, I was given an extension until March 31st. Despite not hearing back until I reached out, March 30th doesn't work for me. The service provider has agreed to a refund of $50. How do I claim my refund? - Claudia M.

I am experiencing multiple issues with a cleaning company known as Dazzling Cleaning/Dapper Maids. I have had difficulties with scheduling, service quality, and hidden fees, resulting in around 26 email exchanges. Despite my previous negative encounter with Dapper Maids, I unknowingly purchased another Groupon under a different name and encountered similar problems. I possess evidence of our email correspondence, photos of the subpar cleaning, and proof of canceling the contract. Strangely, there are two entries for Dapper Maids but none for the recent service by Dazzling Cleaning in my account. I am seeking refunds totaling $29 and $99, respectively. Transparent disclosure of their associations with Dapper Maids and fees is crucial for future interactions.

My experience with LaserAway was awful. My consultation went over an hour, filled with upselling attempts. The salesperson's attitude changed when I declined additional IPLs priced at over $[redacted]. There was confusion about the number of treatments I had purchased, causing a delay while the consultant spoke to the manager using my phone. This was unacceptable. The scheduling process for my appointment was invasive, with questions about my lunch schedule. Despite asking for a lunchtime appointment, I was scheduled for two weeks later. Redeeming my Groupon was a frustrating experience, leaving me feeling disrespected and unable to control my own time effectively.

I bought the "Angelina Seamless Strappy Racerback Sports Bra (6-Pack)", and I'm looking to return them. Groupon states they are final sale, but the fine print indicates free returns are allowed. The bras don't fit, and I'd like a refund in line with your terms. Thank you, Aundrea.

I received this communication from the merchant regarding my recent purchase. I am not satisfied with the fleece blanket I received as part of the deal I purchased from GroupOn. The prints are not what I expected, and I find the merchandise to be of poor quality. The merchant has offered me a refund based on their return policy without requiring me to return the item. They have requested that I destroy the blanket by cutting it and provide a picture of the damage for validation. They mentioned that they can only refund the amount I paid directly to them, which is $14.90, and that I would need to contact GroupOn separately for the refund of the voucher. If there are any more inquiries, I can reach out to them for further assistance. Sincerely, Kara B.
