I received my groupon box on *********. I ordered * Hempz moisture whip body cr*me all dented up but not leaking. I also ordered the Hempz sweet pineapple & honey shampoo and conditioner. I opened my front door and could already smell the conditioner and with the looks of the box I knew there was a big problem.The box was all bent up one corner open not sealed at all and the top was barely closed. The groupon tape only closing *** of the box on top. The box was a total mess. The conditioner has a puncture in the bottle and the pump was also up. Conditioner coming out of both all over everything. A good third of the bottle is gone and I had to use packing tape around the bottle to stop the conditioner from leaking. This was an absolute mess! FedEx threw this box all over the place. I would rather pay for good shipping than to spend a $*** on products that are damaged and leaking all over. I give these lotions as gifts, but I cant give the bottles they are all dented in at the bottom on both sides of all * bottles. Just wanted to let you know.
