Hi, I received a groupon from my mom as a gift for a ** minute refeloxology at Rose Foot Spa @ ** w. **th st, NYC,NY. She paid $**.** for it, however, they have a price list up on their wall and website for the same service for $**.**. that is ridiculous to pay more to Groupon for the same service. When I confronted them, they pretended not to speak English. Well it gets worse...the girl at the front desk was smoking cigarettes in the hallway so the whole place smelled of cigarettes. In addition, they did NOT use sanitary practices. For example, the lady who worked on me stuck her hands in a large container of Vaseline with bare hands and put on me and they use this same container for other customers. That is disgusting! They did not change the foot towels on the chairs in between customers. This place should not be in business. Please consider giving me a credit for a future service. I was completely dissatisfied.*Thank you, Lisa Bianco
