Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-fnscpas's own words
I purchased a Groupon for SpaParadise, for the Sherman Oaks location. Somehow I wound up with the Hollywood location. I called Sherman Oaks, and they said that the two location are not owned by the same people and that she could not accept the groupon at her location.**PLEASE REISSUE THE GROUPON FOR THE SPA PARADISE IN SHERMAN OAKS.**AND WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR $** FOR THE UNUSEABLE GROUPON AT CAFE **s. THEY CLOSED DOWN WELL WITHIN THE USE PERIOD, AND I SENT YOU PHOTOS THAT THE LOCATION WAS NOW BLU JAM.
GetHuman-fnscpas did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
