Groupon no longer offers support over the phone but you can use the option for Live Chat. Once logged in to the help section on Groupon.com, select the relevant order, click continue, select a trending topic, then hit continue. If you're in business hours you will see an option to live chat with Groupon

Good evening Groupon. I have a question, *I purchased Window Cleaning Groupon from Catalina window cleaner. I pay Groupon $** for it however I called the Catalina window cleaners to confirm the amount because I had * extra panels, I explained to him I had a total of ** panels and had it was a two-story home. On the phone, he said for the extra panels windows it would be a total of $***. Instantly wrote it down on my Groupon receipt that I printed from you after paying it. However, when he came to the house he said oh, you didn't tell me it was us to two stories That was also written in my notes. but I specifically did because I wanted to confirm my cost for the extra four panels and the two stories. After he cleans the inside of my windows he was working outside, however, he Agreed to do all the insides then he would do the outside when I was gone. On that day he chose to quote me a higher price of $***. Is what he charge me on his Square. That was a total of $*** between your $** plus his ***. I thought it was rather expensive because I assume it would be closer to the Groupon price. To Top of that, I came home from work and found a handwritten note expressing that I did not pay him enough money that I still old him another $**. I am truly unsatisfied why am I paying $**. And for him to do the job is charging me $*** and tells me it's not enough. I know I have been ripped off To have my windows clean became a total of $*** and he tells me that's not enough money. What is the purpose of Groupon if it isn't And honest service?*I would appreciate an explanation of how you handle business like this. Or better yet how does a consumer deal when she comes across these problems after making an appointment?
