Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-timwolft's own words
Site not allowing me to schedule massage without providing credit card info. I paid for a ** massage with, Therapeutic Healing Massage. I called to schedule and voicemail instructed to take my Groupon to their website for scheduling. Upon which, I was not able to make an appointment without providing credit card information. That's not gonna happen and I should not be required to do so since my... ... Site not allowing me to schedule massage without providing credit card info. I paid for a ** massage with, Therapeutic Healing Massage. I called to schedule and voicemail instructed to take my Groupon to their website for scheduling. Upon which, I was not able to make an appointment without providing credit card information. That's not gonna happen and I should not be required to do so since my Groupon supposedly paid for the appointment that I am blocked from booking.
I listened many times to get their website address, only to get there and be blocked from scheduling my appointment because they demand my credit card info.
I want my money back, not Groupon bucks
I've been a Groupon customer ** years
I tried to contact Groupon about this, only to offered Groupon bucks and that's not acceptable. I want my money back or more Groupon bucks to compensate my time and efforts. Minimum of at least ** additional Groupon bucks, please.
