I bought the *** Fifth RoofTop Bar voucher for $***.**. I called to make a reservation before we left home on March **. She said we didn't need reservations. We went to a play and took a cab to bar. When we entered, the ticket man said they had a closed party that evening and could come back after midnight. It was raining and we didn't want to hang around as it was only**pm. *The manager came down and told us we were not the only ones told wrongly that the bar was closed for a party.*He suggested I contact you (GROUPON) as he felt you would make it good. He said you would probably refund our money as the expiration date is the end of this month.*We are good customers of GROUPON and appreciate your services. This was a bummer as it was my husband's **th birthday and we wanted to order champagne.*Could you refund my $***.**. I will use it for other GROUPON orders?*You have a great reputation now.
