Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I paid for medicine from the ED Clinic, was supposed to interviewed online to determine if I was able*eligible to take the medicine but never was contacted. Credit card was charged $** March * with a $* rebate given on March **. Finally found a way to contact the business. So I called the ED Clinic, they informed me that aren't yet in either of the states in which I reside and to call Groupon and get a refund. How do I do that?
