Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-cloumelg's own words
I joined groupon select membership, I believe that's the name. Its where you get free shipping and additional discounts on local deal and concerts, that apply. You pay *.** a month. With that being said I purchased a wine deal of **.**. I went to order it today and there was a **.** shipping fee. I explained to a live rep and they said they do charge shipping fees. What was the purpose of me paying this additional fee to groupon. With that being said I did not order the wine and I want a refund. I also don't want to part of that *.** a month membership. My email is *****@***.com. Thank you.
