Hello, my name is George Bagley, and I am a new user on Groupon. I previously reported a communication issue with a company I bought a Groupon from, Printerpix. After getting in touch with them through online chat, they have confirmed that my order is in progress, so you can disregard my earlier complaint. However, I am now facing challenges with another Groupon from PictureitCustom with order number [redacted]. They explained that the issue with muted image colors sometimes arises during the image submission process. They recommended not to proceed with the current order. I would like to transfer this Groupon to a different printing company affiliated with Groupon. Please acknowledge my request in your response. Thank you.

I have a Groupon that expires on March 28th. Unfortunately, the merchant's phone number is disconnected, so I drove to their location to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I informed the lady I had a Groupon, but she said they are only accepting cash and not Groupons. She then walked to the back and locked the door, leaving me feeling disrespected and treated badly. I would like to transfer my massage purchase to a different place but can't find that option. The Groupon is still valid, but the merchant is not honoring it. I suspect it may be due to discrimination since the lady seemed unwilling to help and even mentioned that they are changing their shop name. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment after driving for an hour because the phone number was not working.

I bought a Groupon deal for "Twenty yoga classes - Devanand Yoga Center" on 02/20/19 for $30.40 after a discount. The voucher instructed me to email [redacted] to reserve a spot. On 02/26/19, I emailed him to book, but only received availability for Monday's, Wednesday's, and Saturday's. The Groupon listed operating hours for the center every day of the week, which conflicts with my work schedule as I have a second job on those days. This mismatch feels unfair due to false advertising. I kindly request a refund for this purchase. Thank you.

In January, I purchased a couples massage certificate from Message by Mari. I had a great experience with their services a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, I recently found out that they do not accept the Groupon voucher a second time. I didn't mind paying the price difference but scheduling an appointment has been challenging. They mainly offer couples massages on Wednesdays and Saturdays, which doesn't align with my fiancée's work schedule. When we finally found a day to go, my appointment was declined. Considering the limited availability and the upcoming expiration date on 4/24, I am now requesting a refund for the certificate. Can you assist me with this matter? About 30 minutes ago, I signed up for Groupon Select without realizing it was a six-month commitment. I thought I would have a 30-day trial period and then be billed only if I didn't opt-out by April 25th. However, upon re-reading the email, I discovered that I am locked into a 6-month subscription. Since I am unsure if I will enjoy Groupon Select, I would like to cancel immediately. If needed, I prefer to remove the 25% discount I received and pay the original amount for my purchase in order to cancel. I hope my cancellation request, within an hour of signing up, can be accommodated. I feel the terms were misleading, and I am not comfortable with a 6-month commitment without even being able to try it for at least a month. Thank you.

For the past couple of years, I have been attempting to secure refunds for two hair service purchases that were never provided. Despite sending over 50 emails along with the original Groupons containing bar codes and Groupon numbers, I have not received a resolution. The salon used to accept multiple Groupons from me, issued under different email addresses. The customer service representative I spoke with identified two separate Groupon accounts associated with my email addresses. I possess all emails and vouchers regarding these transactions. After the salon decided to no longer honor the Groupons, I was informed I could receive a refund. However, I have not been able to reach anyone at Groupon to process the refunds, and I have been constantly met with automated responses. I am at a loss of $88.00 for over two years. I am prepared to escalate this matter to Groupon's Chicago office with all communication records and original vouchers. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, D.T.

1. I recently purchased a house cleaning certificate for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, I just realized that the coupon expired two days ago. I am hoping that the coupon can still be honored at its full value for their service. 2. I placed an order for window cleaning and tried contacting through calls and text messages, but have not received a reply yet. 3. I have an expired Groupon and I am curious about its current value. I bought a voucher for a trip to Thailand yesterday for October 1st priced at $[redacted]. I initially tried to purchase two vouchers - one for myself and one for my friend joining me. However, I was only able to buy one at the time, assuming I could get the second one later. When I tried to buy the second voucher immediately after redeeming mine, the date I wanted was already sold out. Since I don't want to travel alone, I would like to change my booking to a later date at the cost of $1,[redacted] so my friend can come with me. I wasn't aware I purchased the last available voucher for October 1st. After contacting Affordable World, they mentioned that my trip is not fully booked yet and suggested I reach out to Groupon to inquire about changing the dates and purchasing the additional voucher. Am I able to proceed with this change?

I purchased a Groupon for Zoobooks magazine last November for my granddaughter, who has not received the print subscription. Initially promised for February, it was later indicated as an online subscription in my email, which I didn't receive nor want. After contacting Groupon and being directed to Blue Dolphin, the subscription service, I faced difficulties reaching them. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't establish contact. I've invested a lot of time into resolving this issue and have received conflicting instructions. I urge for the subscription to be sent to my granddaughter, as previously provided, or a refund of the Groupon cost plus the $3 service charge. It’s frustrating, and my granddaughter is eager for her magazine, but the process has been disappointing.

I previously contacted Groupon Support regarding a pricing issue with a large tower crystal. I was advised to contact the seller about the discrepancy where the crystal is priced at $[redacted] on Groupon and $[redacted] on the seller's site, resulting in an extra $30 charge on top of the $69.99 I paid. Despite reaching out to the seller on March 22, I have yet to receive a response. I am hoping Groupon can assist in resolving this matter by adjusting the seller's site price to reflect the correct discount.

I purchased a hairstylist package for services at TOSSED HAIR SALON in New York City. The coupon is set to expire tomorrow on March 27, [redacted]. I have attempted to contact the salon for over 10 days to book an appointment before my coupon expires. Despite leaving several messages, they have not answered or returned my calls. Finally, last Thursday, I was able to reach them through text message. They informed me that the earliest available appointment is on Thursday, March 28, [redacted], which is a day after my coupon expires. TOSSED HAIR mentioned they would not honor the coupon after March 27th and refused a refund. According to them, I should address this issue with the company. Can you please consider extending the validity of my coupon?

Hello, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer regarding my issue with Groupon. I attempted to purchase Groupon vouchers for a hotel in Hunter Valley. Despite encountering difficulties, the vouchers eventually appeared in 'my stuff' without notification. However, I encountered problems booking the hotel for my desired dates. Despite reaching out to Groupon multiple times, their responses did not address my concerns. If I cannot secure the dates I need, I would prefer a refund over keeping the vouchers. I had two appointments booked at Paul Mitchell school for highlights, one for me and one for my daughter. We tried calling several times to confirm, but no one answered. When we showed up, they took my daughter for her appointment but then informed me they had overbooked and couldn't do mine. They also declined to do highlights on my daughter because she uses box hair dye. I then asked if they could still do mine since I use the same dye, but they refused. This resulted in wasted time, effort, and money on a babysitter. It's disappointing and unprofessional considering my stepdaughter is a student there. I am requesting a refund for both Groupons due to the inconvenience caused.

I had an unpleasant experience at Yaharia's Hair Designer and Makeup Artist. The Groupon voucher I purchased advertised Partial Highlights with a Haircut, but I was charged an extra $55 for toner. Despite having short hair, they attempted to add a $35 fee for hair longer than shoulder length when scheduling over the phone. Further unexpected fees were also introduced. The total cost exceeded $[redacted] for just a haircut, far more than the voucher suggested. Regrettably, they declined to refund or honor the voucher appropriately. I believe a credit refund should be issued due to the undisclosed additional charges not mentioned in the initial offer.

I intended to use my Dave and Buster's Groupon this Saturday. When checking my Groupon account, I discovered it was used on 2/23/19 at 6:13pm and refunded to someone other than me. Additionally, there is a pending $10 Dairy Queen purchase under my name, which I did not make. This is concerning as it seems someone has accessed my account without authorization. I urge Groupon to investigate this matter and resolve it promptly. If my money is not refunded and the issue not addressed, I will have to close my account. I have always appreciated Groupon's service, but this incident has left me disappointed. Please ensure my account's security and do not approve any unauthorized transactions. I eagerly await your response.

I booked an overnight stay at Corse Lawn Hotel on the 19th of March. I tried calling the hotel but the number on the website didn't work. I contacted Groupon, and the representative promised to investigate but left me on hold for 8 minutes and never returned. After a second call, they couldn't reach the hotel either and issued a refund. However, I've now received a £58 mobile phone bill for the two calls made trying to resolve this. I believe Groupon should refund this amount since they sold me a package with a hotel contact that turned out to be unreachable by both me and Groupon.

My daughter arranged a trip to Hilton Niagara Falls from March 27th to the 30th. Unfortunately, I fell ill the night before on the 26th. We contacted Groupon, who advised us to reach out to Hilton directly. After contacting Hilton, they referred me back to Groupon to handle the reservation change for March 27th to the 30th under the name Danielle Matassa for Joseph Matassa. My husband got me a Groupon for Osteopathy RMT Relief as a Christmas gift. It's valid until April 21, [redacted]. I tried booking yesterday and today but had trouble due to the person's thick accent, so I had to hang up. Finally managed to speak to someone today, but the earliest appointment available is in 6 weeks. I mentioned the Groupon expires on April 19th. The person agreed to honor it but mentioned he's a solo practitioner. I requested a female massage therapist, but he couldn't accommodate. I prefer a female therapist and would like a refund.
