Get subscription started ... I bought a Groupon for Zoobooks magazine, redeemed it last November for a print subscription for my granddaughter, and it was not fulfilled. When I called Zoobooks the first time(Dec or Jan), they said she would receive it in February. When she had not received it as of March, I called again and was told it was entered as an online subscription at my email address, which I neither received or want. I contacted Groupon on March ** and spoke to Chavelle, who then sent me an email saying I would get a response in * days. On March ** I received an email from Spoorthi, asking for the order information which I then sent. On March ** I received an email from Swapna, telling me to contact Blue Dolphin, the subscription service. I did so, using the email address she sent me, and it was returned to me, the address no longer available. I tried another email address with the same results. *Frankly, I have spent far too much time trying to contact Blue Dolphin and getting varying instructions from Groupon. Either have the subscription sent to my granddaughter(I’ve already sent you all the necessary information) or refund the price of the Groupon and $* service charge I paid to get it processed. We have bought many groupons in the past, but the service I have received on this one is totally unsatisfactory.*My granddaughter keeps asking when her magazine is coming....what should I tell her?
I keep hitting dead ends, getting the runaround from Groupon.
