Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello, I am inquiring in response to ticket * ********.*I requested a refund as I chose the wrong location for my skydive* I received a response saying I would get credited to my account immediately upon responding saying I have accepted this offer* I responded within minutes saying I would like to accept the full credit refund but I still have yet to receive the credits on my account.*Please help!*Thank you for your time :)
