Groupon no longer offers support over the phone but you can use the option for Live Chat. Once logged in to the help section on Groupon.com, select the relevant order, click continue, select a trending topic, then hit continue. If you're in business hours you will see an option to live chat with Groupon

On March **th I ordered a pair of Henry Ferrera mens shoes for $**.**. I viewed my order before submitting it, but after submitting the order for * pair of shoes I was charged for * pairs totally $**.**. I just received my order and only got one pair after being charged for two pairs. I want my money refunded for the pair I didnt order. Also, I need a return label and refund for the pair I just received as they do not fit.
