I ordered a magazine (Zoodinos). I tried for over a half an hour to redeem it on my phone. After putting all my information in all of the screens I was directed to, I was told to choose my magazine, and Zoodinos was not a choice. Gave up and used my computer. Went through all of the screens again. Was told that the magazine was already redeemed. My "my Groupon" screen shows that the offer is still waiting to be redeemed. Spent another half hour trying to figure out how to contact your customer support. Feeling really really unhappy with Groupon right now.
