Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

The initial transaction of **** upon booking was deemed "failed" thus a second booking of **** was made. Groupon charged me for BOTH bookings for a total well over $****. I want to be FULLY REIMBURSED for the SECOND room with the Confirmation *: **********. I spoke with La Quinta and was told they are not allowed to cancel and FULLY REIMBURSE me for the second WRONGFUL purchase because it has to be DONE BY YOU!
