I was eager to utilize Groupon for the first time, purchasing a voucher for Gloss to receive hair services. The Groupon included a cut, color, and blow-dry. Upon calling Gloss to verify my Groupon, they assured me I could use it for the services I wanted. I paid $72 and was thrilled about the deal. When I went for my appointment, they kept me until 1 AM for the hair treatments and then unexpectedly charged me an extra $95, claiming the Groupon didn't cover everything. I was upset about the additional charge, frustrated that the Groupon didn't cover as promised, and exhausted after spending 5 hours at the salon. This experience has left me disheartened and disillusioned with using Groupon and Gloss in the future.

I am having trouble accessing my voucher numbers from Groupon for two orders due to the redemption window issue. Without these numbers, I can't complete my orders and receive my products. I have spent hours trying to resolve this but keep getting redirected to different platforms like Just Answer, where I am asked to pay additional fees for assistance. The voucher numbers are crucial for me to proceed with my orders, one for etched wine needed by 4/13 for a gift and another for a wooden key ornament I never received. The order number for the key ornament is LL[redacted]1 from Personalization Mall. When I contacted them, they couldn't assist and abruptly ended the call. The Groupon numbers provided, LG-3F-46-2S-2Y-Hm-4L-7FB4 and LG-6HWW-HY3R-46HP-PN4R, have not been helpful in resolving this issue. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may need to contact my credit card company for a refund. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of support in obtaining these crucial voucher numbers. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this concern to higher authorities. Your prompt assistance in providing the voucher numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am seeking assistance with a voucher issue for the Rachel Dunn Chocolate Workshop. I only intended to purchase 1 voucher for 2 people for $47, but mistakenly received 4 vouchers for 8 people. I spoke with Florencio to rectify the error, yet it seems unresolved as my upcoming reservation for 2 people on March 29 at 2:30 may be billed for 4 vouchers. I am struggling to resolve this discrepancy for over 2 hours and cannot afford the extra vouchers. This reservation is a birthday gift for my friend, so I urgently need this matter corrected. Upon clicking "continue," the page appears stuck with a flower design, making it impossible to progress. I am exhausted and will address this in the morning. Thank you for your help.

I am seeking a refund for an unused Groupon I purchased. I bought a Groupon deal for a couples massage at Spa Heaven in Ridgewood, NY on February 22, [redacted]. I planned to use it for a date with my boyfriend. Upon calling to set up the appointment for last weekend, there were no issues. However, when we arrived at Spa Heaven as scheduled on Saturday, 3/16/[redacted] at 4:30 pm, the receptionist informed us that they would not honor the Groupon at the booked time, which was not mentioned during the initial call. This led to a wasted afternoon and an unpleasant encounter. As icing on the cake, the spa suggested paying for the massage in cash or via card, amounting to around $90, while the Groupon that I purchased for $82.50 promised savings of $52.20 on a $[redacted] service. Given these circumstances - Spa Heaven’s refusal to accept the Groupon, their lack of clarity on Groupon policies during booking, and the discrepancies in advertised savings - I am requesting a refund.

I purchased a massage from Day Oasis and arranged with Kris for an appointment. Despite driving 35 miles, I found no one at the location. After waiting and attempting to contact her with no success, I informed the landlord. Even after waiting for an hour, there was still no response. Kris later called, asking me to return at 4 PM, citing a meeting at her other job as the reason for her absence. Feeling frustrated, I questioned why she confirmed via text if she was unavailable. Disappointed with the experience, I drove back home another 35 miles. I am seeking a prompt refund and believe Groupon should vet such establishments better to avoid similar incidents in the future. I hope to hear back soon.

I made a hotel reservation through Groupon on March 23rd at 2:00 pm, aiming for Niagara Falls, Ontario, but it ended up being in Niagara Falls, New York. The hotel I booked is Wydham Garden in Niagara Falls, New York (confirmation 3 88393ECFE051720). I actually wanted the Wydham Garden at Niagara Falls, Fallsview, Ontario. Upon calling, the Ontario hotel had no record of my reservation, while the New York one confirmed it. I attempted to contact Groupon multiple times, but they were closed. The mobile app was not able to process a refund. I spoke with Jimmy at the Niagara Falls, New York Wyndham, who advised me to contact Groupon directly for a refund due to their 24-hour cancellation policy, which I missed by today at 4:00 pm. I kindly request a prompt refund to my credit card.

I received Nioxin #3 instead of the #2 I ordered, which is not suitable for my hair. Please send me the correct product and a return label for the #3. Similarly, I purchased a 30 ct shoe closet in black, but received a gray one with a broken zipper and stitching. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service, the person I finally spoke to was unhelpful and insisted I keep the gray one. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and I've been hesitant to order from your site again. I hope you can assist me with resolving these two issues promptly. Thank you.

I attempted to reach Soothing Hands Massage for the third time to schedule an appointment with my Groupon. The owner or manager informed me that they were fully booked until April 28th, which is after my Groupon expires on April 20th. I explained my health limitations and the need to book in advance, but she couldn't accommodate me. She suggested I contact Groupon for a refund, which I am now doing. I appreciate prompt assistance with this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, a loyal customer, R.L. Harris.

I had booked a HiFi facial at Rose Lane Clinic in Liverpool but unfortunately had to cancel three times due to medical reasons. I have been in and out of the hospital multiple times due to kidney problems, and I also had to have a colonoscopy which made me unwell. I unintentionally let them down and feel that I deserve respect and understanding. Being off work and unpaid, losing £60 is significant for me. I have informed the clinic on each occasion, but I feel let down by their response. They mentioned I couldn't have the facial at the reduced price, which left me saddened. I kindly request a refund considering my medical circumstances. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Karen.

Good afternoon, I bought a Groupon voucher for Downtown City Spa. I scheduled an appointment through their website but arrived to find the place empty. After waiting for about 30 minutes, someone finally showed up. Unfortunately, they weren't able to provide the service I needed. Despite rescheduling, they were unorganized and kept changing my appointment. The final appointment given was on March 24 at 8:30, a significant wait from my original purchase date. Same situation occurred during my second visit, where I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. When I inquired about a refund, they claimed they couldn't assist me. This poor customer service experience led me to seek a resolution here.

I recently bought a Groupon for Coco Key Hotel and Water Resort in Orlando, Florida, to visit their water park. Upon arriving, the front desk assistant, Juan G., quickly redeemed my Groupon before I could even see the park. Despite trying to inquire about the park's rides beforehand, I was always redirected to a line where no one would answer my calls. After securing a non-refundable locker for our belongings, we explored the small and poorly maintained park. The area was dirty, with unruly children, rides that seemed unsafe, and even food and alcohol littering the water. It was disappointing that the "resort" did not inform me of these conditions when I called. Now, less than 20 minutes since entering and not using the Groupon as intended, I am seeking assistance from Groupon for a full refund. I paid for two passes, and although I can't recover the $6.00 locker fee, I hope Groupon will address the situation and refund the rest promptly, as I have been a loyal customer for years.

I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation at Jiffy Lube. I called the shop to see if I could drop off my car and return after running errands. The mechanic agreed, but when I returned, they had let other customers go ahead of me, causing a significant delay. I am disappointed as my time is limited due to my work schedule. I am requesting a refund for the Groupon and do not plan to return to Jiffy Lube in the future. Time management is crucial for me, and this experience was frustrating.

Hello, I am Nancy G. I reserved a hotel for April 21-23 through Groupon, but my daughter's first attempt to pay was declined due to a security alert. Eventually, the payment went through for April 21-23. Subsequently, we booked another stay for April 7-9 because her card was compromised. Despite Groupon confirming a refund for the initial booking, the hotel still shows both reservations, and I have yet to receive a refund. The original card used is no longer valid due to the security issue. To rectify this, I urgently need assistance in canceling the initial reservation and obtaining a refund as Groupon double-charged me. I have proof of both reservations, payments from my account, and the active bookings. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to resolve this promptly.

I purchased two tickets through Groupon on March 23, [redacted], for the Tom Joyner farewell concert. On March 24, [redacted], four more tickets were purchased. The concert is scheduled for July 19, [redacted], in Raleigh, NC. Despite carefully selecting the correct date and reviewing seating charts and information, there seemed to be repeated issues with the Indiana date appearing instead of the Raleigh date. After some difficulty with Groupon, transactions were eventually completed, showing the transaction was successful. I printed the $90 coupon for the initial tickets and attempted to print the $[redacted] order for the additional tickets, but it showed the Indiana date instead of Raleigh, NC. I also noticed unauthorized attempts to order more Indiana tickets, which were blocked by Groupon. I am requesting the correct tickets for Raleigh or a refund to the credit cards used for the purchases. Groupon should have records of these orders and the related issues. The initial ticket purchase for $90 was confirmed around 8:30 pm on March 23, [redacted].

I redeemed my first Groupon at Bayside Nails & Lash Lounge on Saturday, 3/23/19 located at [redacted] Lakeview Ste [redacted], Rowlett, TX [redacted]. I've been a Groupon member for nearly 10 years. However, I had a disappointing experience. Upon arriving for my appointment without mentioning the coupon, the staff member yelled at me and informed me that Groupon appointments were only valid Tuesday through Friday. Although she eventually allowed me to come back in, the service felt rushed, and my eyelashes on my right eye fell out quickly. The way I was treated was unprofessional and rude. I would like a refund for the unused coupons I have left for that location: LG-SW5B-YTjR-NK62-6VTH, LG-Z15Y-H2GX-GMTP-HN3H, LG-XKC9-G21J-Y5NH-F469.

On Friday morning, March 22nd, I made an oil change order with AutoPlus. Shortly after, I had an emergency and reached out to Groupon to cancel. It wasn't until 5 p.m. that I was informed of three charges for one oil change from two different companies: $43, $43, and $45 each. After contacting Groupon, I was assured the excess charges would be refunded promptly. They provided reference number [redacted]2 for the refund process. I am now waiting to see how long it will take for the funds to return to my account. How many days typically pass before the refund appears on my card?

Hello, I have had two recent disappointing experiences with purchases through Groupon. The most recent was for Spirit Night Out in Tampa. Groupon represented it as a spooky haunted house experience, but it turned out to be a different event where they try to make you spend money at various stops along the way, rather than the spooky walk as advertised. I tried to address this with them that evening but struggled to get through to anyone for assistance. The false advertising and misleading information led to a subpar experience and I am looking to get a refund. I have reached out to both the company and Groupon without much success, and I am considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I am disappointed by the lack of accountability and the misleading nature of the event, and I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed to get a refund for the misrepresented experience. Thank you.

I am currently in Wichita, Kansas, and have been trying to locate All Star Cuts without any success. Every time I attempt to call, the number either goes to a fax machine or is constantly busy. It seems like this business might no longer be operating or could possibly be a scam, which is incredibly frustrating. I had planned on using a Groupon for my haircut, as I frequently do, and this entire situation has caused me to waste my day. Not only did I miss out on getting my haircut, but I had to take time off work to attempt to sort this out. I believe companies should not be allowed to use Groupon if they are on the brink of closure, as it leads to problems like this. This experience, along with a few others I've had recently, has been terrible. I hope for a quick resolution and a refund. I apologize for my frustration, and I appreciate any help in addressing this promptly so that I can move on without further wasting my time.

Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for Printerpix and placed an order with them. They provided me with an order confirmation immediately. It's been over two weeks now, and I haven't received any updates on my order or any delivery information. I have tried calling the number provided on the confirmation multiple times, but I couldn't get through after waiting for more than half an hour each time. I even visited their company headquarters, which seemed closed without any signs. I would like a refund for my Groupon so I can try a different printing service. Please review your partnership with Printerpix. Thank you.

I bought 2 tickets for Michael Buble's concert in Houston on November 20th through Groupon. The tickets were supposed to be in the "lower bowl," but when I reached out to FlashSeats, they claimed to have no affiliation with Groupon. Despite reaching out multiple times via email and chat, I received no satisfactory answers. I spoke with Erika from Groupon on November 30th, who promised to look into the issue but never got back to me. Furthermore, I never received the new album download as promised. I have been trying to contact Groupon without success and have requested a callback to no avail. I suspect there might be a scam involving Groupon.
