Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon for a massage back in **********. **It was for a massage in the Portland, ME area and I live in Boston (* hours away). **By the time I went to the website in early Jan to book my appointment there were no slots available for the weekend I would be in Portland. So I had to wait for the next time I was planning on being back in Portland. **I’m headed back on ******* and looked at their website but the only availability is May **th or May **. **They are so limited on when I can book that it basically makes it impossible for me to book a massage. **The coupon expires soon and I would like a refund so I don’t have to deal with their ridiculously limited schedule. **Who would buy a massage only to be able to book it * months in advance and you only get *-* dates to choose from???**Please refund me my $**. **Thank you.
