Hi , I am very unhappy with my situation. I was so Happy to receive a groupon for yoga to the people in Brooklyn for my sister. It was for ** classes for $**. We go to the class to be turned down because it said in the fine print " new customers only" I thought it would be fine for her given that she has only been to the yoga spot once before a year ago. (which I forgot while purchasing) I got it for her because I wanted company while doing yoga. It's not cool, I am unemployed for two weeks and I went out of my way to purchase this in order to be less stressed, but instead it has made me even more stressed. I feel angry I wasted my money. The yoga place is being very unforgiven of this. and to be honest I don't even want to go there anymore because they are so unforgiven of the situation. They told me the money could go towards regularly priced classes. They do not respond to my emails. On the phone the woman Hilliary was extremely nasty and did everything in her power to say it was my fault. I would like to request a refund. No body is writing me back from the yoga place. if you guys would write me back I would extremly appreciate it. I just want to resolve this issue. Maybe we can come up with some other way to fix this. The yoga place just told me to contact groupon. I'm sad because I feel as if I got ripped off, taken advantage of and my money wasted. Please help.
