The issue in GetHuman-deerich's own words
I made a purchase on my girl friends account (*****@***.com is the account email the purchase was made under ) for set of four and set of * tickets to butterfly Wonderland upon arriving at the butterfly Wonderland venue they took my Groupon tickets scanned me and then notified me the store venue closed in ** minutes and that as venue takes about *.*-* Hours to walk-through normally I asked for my money back they said they couldn’t do that because I ordered it through Groupon so I contacted my bank my bank refunded the money upon investigation through Groupon Groupon provided documentation showing that the tickets were redeemed but even though they were redeemed they were not used I did not walk through the venue and I am now negative in my account because the bank reversed the credit they issued for the purchase I bought the tickets they scanned the tickets and I never got to go through the venue this is an extremely frustrating process and now I have a negative charges on my account as well as stress due to this ridiculous situation please contact vendor and verify that I spoke to the manager of the following day in regards to Groupon not refunding me my money and me going through the bank to get a refund and verify that I never walked through the venue even though they scanned and took the Groupon tickets this is why Groupon shows the tickets were redeemed because they venue took them but I left in frustration after they told me after they took them that the venue would close in ** minutes which was clearly not enough time to walk through and information like that would’ve been helpful to have before they took my Groupon tickets to for redemption again this process is frustrating and stressful and I would like my account back to normal can you please do the proper investigation to make sure that the funds re-enter My account so that it’s not negative
