The issue in GetHuman-richforc's own words
Hello, I purchased a Tier One and Tier Two Glassblowing Experience for Rainier Glass Studio for a Christmas Gift in December ****. We contacted them in February **** to book the classes and they indicated they are moving to a different location. We asked to schedule classes before their move and they said all classes are canceled until the move is complete. I asked when that would be and they thought late Summer*early Fall of ****. I indicated our Groupon item and they said it is only good until April **, **** and regardless of the Groupon they will not honor it. They indicated that we needed to get a refund and keep contacting them to see whenthe new store will be open. However, when the new store opens they are not honoring the Groupon and we will have to pay full price. They wouldn't even negotiate accepting the Groupon and we would pay the difference. They are simply refusing to honor the Groupon event and price. Lastly, they indicated to call Groupon and get a refund. *st let me say you should not deal with these idiots any longer and *nd, please refund our money for the * classes we arranged.
