Dear Groupon Customer Support, I am writing to request a refund for a Body Pod session I purchased. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment at 12:30 PM, but Dr. Redman claimed there was no appointment for me. Despite showing him email proof of my scheduled session, he only offered to squeeze me in at 1:30 PM, which I couldn't wait for due to work commitments. He then attended to another customer instead of me and refused to commit to a specific time for my session, eventually threatening to call the police if I didn't leave. This experience was disrespectful and unprofessional, and I believe I am entitled to a refund for the session I was unable to receive. I also request the ability to leave a negative review for this vendor. If no action is taken, I will consider pursuing legal recourse. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I booked a massage scheduled for yesterday, November 3rd, [redacted], at 19:15 on Walworth Road. Upon arrival, there was another person with the same booking, resulting in me not receiving the massage. I am unable to reach Groupon for assistance. I was informed by a company representative named Baback that due to the booking being through Groupon, it cannot be rescheduled. He mentioned a potential issue with the location, even though I specifically chose Walworth Road. This experience was frustrating, especially after driving an hour to the designated branch directed in my confirmation email, only to find out there was no booking at that location. Hello, I am inquiring about an order I placed with confirmation number 1[redacted]74-[redacted]. I am looking to cancel the order and receive a refund to my credit card. Today, since about 2:30, I have been attempting to contact your company without success. I was surprised to find out that the amount was charged in US dollars, and as I wanted to surprise my granddaughter for the March break in Canada with a trip to Niagara Falls, I am unable to afford this hotel deal. I have alternative plans for her during this time. I had not anticipated the charge to be in US dollars when booking the deal. I hope to hear back from someone soon. I received a gift from my sister for my birthday, a standard facial with massage at Be you by Loft with Hola beautiful, scheduled for December. I reached out to arrange my appointment at the end of January and was booked for February 11. Unfortunately, Jacky canceled an hour before citing sudden illness. Despite my understanding, when I rescheduled for March 8 after being assured that it would work, she canceled last minute again due to illness. I felt disappointed by the poor customer service, especially as it seemed to be influenced by the use of a Groupon voucher. I would appreciate a refund as I prefer not to continue with this company and would like to use the gift with a different vendor.

Today, as I was moving, I accidentally left my phone at my apartment. When I returned tonight to check my messages, a Groupon purchase for 10 air mattresses appeared on my account without my authorization. I want this issue resolved promptly. Additionally, I am still waiting for a refund from Groupon for JABS kickboxing, as promised earlier. This has been very disappointing. I have been a loyal Groupon user for years, but I will be uninstalling the app and closing my account once this matter is sorted out. I hope this message reaches the right person for immediate action. If I do not receive a response, I will have to cancel my credit card. Such fraudulent activities will not be tolerated.

I redeemed the voucher on February 26th for a 48 x 16-inch panoramic canvas picture priced at $49.99 with $16.99 shipping. However, during checkout, I was being charged $[redacted] instead. I did not proceed with the purchase as this amount was not what was agreed upon with the Groupon voucher. The voucher is now marked as redeemed, and I am seeking a refund or Groupon credit instead. I have contacted the company but have been unable to reach them during their business hours of 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Eastern time, which overlaps with my work hours due to a two-hour time difference. Yesterday, I bought a Groupon deal at Juvly for 2 microdermabrasion treatments for $[redacted]. I ended up not redeeming one of the vouchers and the aesthetician suggested a different treatment, a $[redacted] glycolic chemical peel. I managed to use the unopened microdermabrasion voucher to partially pay for the chemical peel, leaving me with a $51 balance. I called Groupon and asked for a refund of the $56 microdermabrasion voucher I couldn't use. The Groupon representative, Alexander, initially said he would refund me $56 but later confirmed a refund of $[redacted] for all three Groupons. Despite seeing a $51 refund initially on my bank statement, the money was not credited back, and my Groupons have disappeared from my account. I only wanted a refund for the unopened $56 microdermabrasion voucher and to keep the $[redacted] chemical peel Groupon I had purchased.

I bought a Groupon today for lunch at The Cake restaurant but when I tried to make a reservation, they informed me that they no longer serve lunch upstairs as advertised. The staff mentioned they could accommodate us downstairs with a different menu. I was surprised as the Groupon clearly stated lunch upstairs. I purchased a robot vacuum on November 25, [redacted]. Since the beginning of the year, I have encountered multiple issues with it stopping frequently during every session, requiring constant restarting. Additionally, it is not picking up debris well. As a disabled individual, this has made vacuuming even more challenging. I am looking to return the item per the free returns policy, but I am unable to find the option online. Hello Groupon, I purchased a phone from you last winter that was supposed to be GSM unlocked. However, I haven't been able to update it or connect it to my phone service. Apple advised me to contact the seller to unlock the phone. Could you kindly provide me with the seller's contact information or ask them to reach out to me about the "Apple iPhone 7/7 Plus (GSM Unlocked) (Scratch and Dent) with MFi-Certified Lightning Cable with 1-Year Warranty"? I can only use the phone with wifi at the moment and cannot access cellular data. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated so I can utilize the phone fully.

Hi, I've been a loyal Groupon customer for years. Recently, I purchased a facial Groupon for my daughter for Christmas at Shaun Rogers Studios in Lynnfield, MA. Unfortunately, despite leaving multiple messages, the vendor hasn't returned her calls to schedule the facial. It's concerning as the Groupon is expiring soon, and my daughter is heading back to college tomorrow. If she waits to use it, the voucher will be expired by the time she's back. I purchased a General Admission for One gift voucher at Spa World for $32.00 using voucher [redacted]3 through Groupon with the code LG-GTG9-6VX2-51P4-7RV6 for my spouse's birthday. Dear Groupon, I requested a treatment at Molita Medispa in November [redacted] on the 17th. When I tried to book the treatment on Saturday, February 9, [redacted], I was told to arrive within half an hour, but due to traffic, I arrived after closing time. Upon attempting to rebook the appointment on March 4, they couldn't locate my information in their system. Despite showing documentation with my correct email address ([redacted]), they still couldn't find my booking. They informed me that since I didn't attend the appointment, they marked it as redeemed. I recently bought a one-month Groupon deal for Yoga Works. On the first day, I signed up for a class without realizing there was a free trial involved, as the website didn't specify this for Groupon users. I was then told I couldn't use my Groupon because I had already signed up for a free trial, which I was unaware of and didn't even attend. I can't find any information on canceling the trial. The studio suggested I buy a membership after the one-week free trial, with a discount of $45 (the cost of the Groupon), but the membership is too pricey for me. I just want a refund, as I haven't used the Groupon at all. The system shows I already redeemed it once, which confuses me. I clicked on the redeem button but am unsure of what to do next. Can I get a refund?

I bought a Groupon for the [redacted] Museum in NYC under the account name Mindy R Early. My email is [redacted] Unfortunately, I opened the voucher onsite by mistake to show it to the guest services staff outside. Due to this error, I cannot process the refund through the app. I am about to embark on a cruise in a few hours and won't be reachable for a week. I am hoping to return the $22.00 purchase since I won't be able to utilize it.

I purchased three Groupons for Nonna’s in Marlboro, NJ. I have previously used Groupons at this location for their Happy Hour without any issues despite the restrictions. The coupon excludes alcohol, tax, tips, and already reduced food during Happy Hour. During my recent visit with my grandson, I ordered drinks for myself and food from the regular menu. Although my food bill totalled about $50, the overall bill was over $80. When I presented my $40 coupon, I was informed they do not accept it during Happy Hour. After a debate, they reluctantly accepted the coupon but mentioned I couldn't use it during Happy Hour again. My son faced a similar situation and had to pay the entire bill. The Groupon did not specify any restrictions on using coupons during Happy Hour. Due to this experience, I no longer wish to use the remaining two coupons and would like a refund.

I am Gabriel. CPS informed me that my warranty refund of $49.99, processed on January 18, [redacted], has not been received. I purchased an Apple laptop and CPS warranty on January 10, [redacted], but canceled the order within the allowed time for a full refund. Although I received the laptop refund, I was directed to contact CPS for the warranty refund. CPS indicated the refund was processed on January 18 and advised that Groupon is responsible. Despite contacting CPS multiple times and being directed to Groupon for the refund, I have yet to receive it after 2 months. This first experience with Groupon has left a lasting negative impression, and I urge for prompt resolution of my refund as the delay is frustrating.

I bought a massage deal on Groupon from Anthony’s Bodyworks, but encountered confusion upon arrival due to conflicting appointment times. Despite arriving early to complete paperwork, a sign on the door indicated a closure from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. After leaving a voicemail concerning the discrepancy and receiving no response, I eventually walked in at 2:47pm. The receptionist informed me my appointment was at 2:45pm, attributed the sign mix-up to the Chiropractic office next door, and proceeded with the massage at 3:00pm lasting only 45 minutes instead of the paid 60-minute session. Questioning the shortened massage, I was advised to seek a refund through Groupon, as the voucher was unexpectedly marked as redeemed despite being unpaid. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and seeking a refund of $30. Kathleen P.
