I purchased a bobi November **, ****. I've had nothing but problems since the beginning of the year. it stops running approximately **-** times per session and I have to babysit it and restart it every few minutes, plus it is not picking up. I purchased this item as I'm disabled and now vacuuming has become more difficult because I'm constantly having to restart it. I want to return the item which said free returns but it doesn't give that option. can you please help me return the item? I have all the original packaging, I just need a return label. **my order number is **********.***also, getting in contact with groupon has been nearly impossible. I've been very disappointed in how hard it is to just get to this chat. I highly recommend a link that you just click.***thanks!
