Good morning,*I tried contacting the number I found online for Groupon customer service but unfortunately I had no luck. So my dilemma is that I realized after looking at my account that tickets were purchased. It must have been when my toddler had my phone bc I had no intention of attending that concert. If I realized sooner I would’ve contacted sooner. I tried contacting so I can inquire about a refund for it. From time to time I let my toddler play on my phone and without realizing he must have found his way to that app. If you can help me it would be much appreciated.
