I paid $***.** for a business that went out of business. I called about a year ago & was told I could apply the $***.** toward another groupon purchase. I called today & talked to a woman I could barely understand because she is in the Manila & she said I could only use half that amount because the system can't process a purchase that old. I have a copy of the purchase & it says the full amount I paid never expires. I want to use the full amount I paid $***.** toward another , new Groupon purchase. Cathy Bullard
