Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-tsonya's own words
I use Groupon often and it has always worked well. While looking for a room i saw a Groupon offer and set the reservation up. I did not realize that there was going to be a long delay (hours) between the request and the reservation*payment being made. After waiting for * hours and calling the hotel to see if there was any word or of ther payment had been made, I booked and paid for a room that was immediately available. It was It was not until **pm that night that i got notice from Groupon that the reservation was set. I am requesting a refund on the room as i am not able to utilize it because notification that it was available came too late
