I bought two vouchers for a ** minute massage before Christmas and I have called the resort to use them, and not only did I speak to an incredibly rude woman, who kept cutting me off, I was told that there is only one woman who does these massages and I couldn’t book in until the end of April, after my voucher expired. I am so utterly dissatisfied with your advert as it’s incredibly misleading when the website and voucher states she accepts the same day bookings I would like a full refund based on the fact that not only have these items been misold, but they are not fit for purpose. I now refuse to even visit this establishment as the woman I spoke to was so utterly condescending and obtuse. **The most upsetting thing about this, are these were a Christmas gift for my mother, who is incredibly ill, and the last nice thing we could do together. What an utterly distressing service.
