Hello, my name is Kathy. I am interested in the single or two-day Sea Life and LEGOLAND hopper ticket for the California resort. We will be traveling from April 15 to April 20. I have read the fine print but I am a bit confused. The offer expires on April 13, [redacted], but I am uncertain about when the tickets themselves expire. Also, for the 2-day hopper ticket, it mentions you can use it within 9 days of the first entry. Can it be used the next day? As we are only staying for 5 nights, can you clarify this for me? After April 12, are we no longer able to use the tickets? Thank you for your help.

Hello, Today I made two purchases with order numbers 1[redacted]37-[redacted] and 1[redacted]47-[redacted]. After reviewing my transactions, I noticed that only one appeared. I accidentally redeemed code LG-WF2W-6BNJ-W2JF-V6TF while at home, but the second purchase did not show up. It displayed as failed, and I'm unsure why. Could you please re-add the redeemed one to my account and credit me the difference with my 25% off code SPRING, so I would only have paid $18 instead of $25? I will also check my account to investigate why the other purchase failed to appear. Ultimately, I missed the opportunity to use the voucher because I mistakenly redeemed it while trying to resolve the issue with the missing purchase.

Hello, I realize I should have reached out sooner, but due to a busy schedule, I am just now addressing some Groupon issues that need resolution. 1. I had booked a tee time for Galen Hall golf club on 2/7/19, but the course was closed due to snow, preventing me from using it. 2. I bought 2 Groupons for Bowl-O-Rama, which has been permanently closed for over a year. 3. The Phantom Fireworks New York special Groupon could not be redeemed as the fireworks were prohibited in Pennsylvania when I attempted to use it. I am seeking full reimbursement for these 4 Groupons. Thank you for your understanding, Best, Steven B.

I recently purchased a 60-Minute Jet Ski for Two deal from "World of Water Sports" for $29. Upon calling to reserve, they asked for an additional $89, which was not mentioned in the original offer. When I asked for clarification on their pricing, they only offered a vague discount of $70.50. Despite multiple attempts to get more information on the promotion, the response was evasive, leaving me feeling cheated and frustrated. This experience has tarnished my opinion of Groupon, as I had previously trusted the site for good deals. I am disappointed in the lack of transparency and feel uncertain about using their services in the future. I am seeking a refund for this misleading offer and hope to avoid similar situations in the future.

I bought 2 tickets for Jazz in the Gardens Miami Festival on 3/7/19. Unfortunately, my mother was hospitalized today due to a heart attack. I am unable to attend and would like a refund on my credit card. Even though Ticketmaster's policy states no refunds, I am hoping for an exception given the circumstances. Please assist. Thank you. My email is [redacted] The name on the account is Alyse W. The billing address is [redacted] NW 2nd Place, Plantation, FL [redacted].

I am disappointed with a beauty service I purchased on Groupon from Aesthetics by Sandra in Toronto, ON. I paid $39.00 for a $49.00 lash lift and tint. However, I feel that I only received a lash tint as there was no noticeable lift. During the appointment, the focus was only on tinting, with no mention of lifting the lashes. When I inquired about aftercare, I was told it was unnecessary for a tint, implying the lift was not performed as expected. I suspect the service may be new to the provider, as it did not meet the standards I have experienced elsewhere. Due to time constraints and concerns about the delicate eye area, I am requesting a refund through Groupon and a resolution with the vendor to ensure accurate services are advertised and delivered to customers.

After a disappointing experience with Groupon, I feel compelled to share my frustration as a terminally ill, [redacted]% disabled veteran. Due to my disability, I accidentally purchased a restaurant coupon for a location far from me while I am homebound. Despite explaining my situation, Groupon has refused to issue a refund. As a veteran who served while protecting this country, I find their behavior towards me and others in similar positions appalling. Their lack of compassion and respect is truly disheartening. I have decided to no longer support Groupon and will be reaching out to my Congressmen, veteran representative, and veteran groups to shed light on their treatment of disabled veterans. It may only impact a few veterans, but Groupon should reflect on how they treat those who have served, especially when we rely on discounts.

I purchased a hotel break through Groupon with the code VS FWBR XHYX-TWXH-6KTS. The terms required contacting the hotel by March 15th and using the facilities by March 31st. When I contacted the hotel this past weekend, I was only given two dates, March 18th and March 31st, which do not suit my schedule as I will be on holiday from March 29th onwards. Despite reaching out to both the hotel and the central reservation team, I was informed that they could not extend the availability. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request either a refund to use towards another offer or an extension of this promotion. As a repeat customer of Groupon, my family has had positive experiences in the past, but the current situation feels like a letdown in terms of service and availability. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, In December, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a meal at the Podium Restaurant with a friend. When I checked the Groupon mobile app to confirm the booking details, I saw that the voucher had already been redeemed on 9/3/19 at 00:07. I have reached out to both Hilton and Groupon for assistance, but have not made any progress. I find it suspicious as the restaurant closes at 11 pm, and the redemption time doesn't make sense. I suspect there might be a glitch or my account could have been compromised. I am seeking a full refund for the voucher as I haven't used it. Although I asked Hilton for information on who redeemed it, they couldn't provide any details. I am frustrated and feel like I have been cheated out of the money I spent on the voucher. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

Hello, my name is Alexis Hawkins. Yesterday, my friends informed me about a Groupon coupon offering an all-day playing pass for 2 people for $25 at Dave and Buster's, which is quite a distance from my place. I bought two coupons, assuming we could play all day, but upon arriving, we were limited on the number of games we could play, which was not mentioned on the coupon. Disappointed, we requested a refund from the staff, but they couldn't help as the purchase was through Groupon. I have kept the cards as evidence of not playing any games and am reaching out to inquire about a $50 refund. This experience was disheartening for myself and my friends as we spent both money and time traveling to Dave and Buster's for an unsatisfactory visit. Kindly consider my request and I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Alexis Hawkins.

I placed two separate orders with two different vendors on the same day, and both were shipped around February 19th. Unfortunately, I have not received either of the orders. I contacted Groupon for support via email, but have not heard back. Upon tracking the orders, I discovered that one of them has been held at the local post office since February 22 due to a customer request, although I did not request this. I would appreciate guidance on how to retrieve the items I paid for, as I correctly provided my shipping address during the online payment process, expecting the items to be delivered to my residence without any complications.

I subscribed to magazines, but BlueDolphin High Magazine was automatically renewing them at full price without my consent, using my credit card details on file. After finally reaching out to them, the office sounded unprofessional. I demanded to stop the renewals and remove my credit card, but was told they couldn't do it without sending a message to someone else. They assured me they would cease the renewals and investigate removing my card, but I haven't received confirmation yet. I will not engage with them again. Customers should be aware of this practice. It's disappointing that a company like this is associated with you. - Patty

Hello, I bought a golf lesson for my son (order # [redacted]) which expires on March 13th. Unfortunately, he can't use it because he had to relocate. I don't want to lose the money, so I'm wondering if there's an option to exchange it for a service I can use. I understand that services can usually only be traded for other services. I don't have much time to search for something local. I would greatly appreciate a credit for a local golf lesson or golf games instead. Thank you!

I am a Groupon Merchant member and I am seeking assistance from someone in the corporate office who can address my concerns. Since joining on January 28, [redacted], I have not been paid the $[redacted] owed to me. My current representative has been unhelpful and disrespectful. Despite her claims of not having a supervisor, I discovered through other support staff that she does indeed have one. Despite notifying multiple support personnel that I do not wish to communicate with her, I continue to receive messages from her. I spent over four hours on the phone with various individuals trying to resolve this issue. I am extremely frustrated with Groupon's handling of the situation and plan to cancel my account. It is disappointing that even contacting the corporate office did not result in a resolution. I believe there should be better oversight to prevent such mishandling of customer concerns. I am disheartened by the lack of professionalism displayed.

I reached out recently but haven't heard back from you yet. I had a negative experience with a massage Groupon that led me to seek a partial refund. The terms imply one redemptive session per person, not requiring two people for use. The vendor's owner attributes the confusion to Groupon, but ultimately, shouldn't she craft her own offers? I believe a partial refund is warranted since I only received one massage instead of the two sessions promised. Despite this, I did enjoy the massage, and my issue lies solely with the owner's behavior. I do not plan on returning due to her unprofessionalism. I commend the therapist, however. For communication purposes, [redacted] is my account. I hope to receive a response soon as the app lacks adequate contact information.

I have purchased vouchers for the ultimate pamper package for 4 kids, totaling £76. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the vouchers can only be used on weekdays, which does not work for my family's schedule as both my partner and I work during the week, while the kids have school. After contacting the place where we can redeem the vouchers, we were directed to seek a refund or extension through Groupon. Despite my efforts, I have been informed that it is beyond the refund policy timeline. The vouchers are set to expire on March 17, [redacted], and I am hoping for a solution such as a refund or an extension so that we can still enjoy the experience on a weekend. I appreciate your help in this matter as losing this money and missing out on the kids' Christmas present would be disappointing. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I purchased two vouchers for a 30-minute massage before Christmas. When I tried to book them at the resort, I had a negative experience. The person I spoke with was rude and mentioned there was only one massage therapist available, with appointments not until the end of April after the voucher expired. This contrasts with the website's claim of same-day bookings. Considering this misleading information and the unsatisfactory service, I am requesting a full refund. The disrespectful and unhelpful manner of the lady I talked to has left me with a negative impression. It's especially disheartening as these vouchers were meant as a special gift for my mother, who is unwell.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon for the 'In-Class Eight-Hour Adult State-Mandated Driving Course and Certificate - West Haven Driving School' a few months ago in anticipation of obtaining my US Driving License. I recently passed my knowledge test and am now eligible to use the Groupon for the Driving Course. However, the Groupon expires on Monday, Mar 18, [redacted], and the Driving School does not have any available courses before March 24th. I contacted the school, but they mentioned they cannot accept payment in advance, despite the registration requirement specified on the Groupon website. I am exploring the possibility of either receiving a refund for the Groupon or extending the expiration date. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Best regards.

I purchased a Groupon for Brass Ovaries for pole dancing lessons, but every class is full and I have to provide my credit card to reserve a spot with an additional charge for cancellations. I am uncomfortable with this policy and would like a refund in the form of Groupon credit. Both Glow Med Spa and Web Spot are not honoring my Groupon because I am not a first-time customer, despite having credit to use. I would like refunds in the form of Groupon credit for those as well. Also, Groupon states I can use the teeth whitening for anyone, but they only allow it for my late son, Matthew Ortiz. I would like that refunded in Groupon credit too. I apologize for the delay, as I have been dealing with multiple losses in my family.

I purchased a Groupon deal for the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort, expecting a 1-bedroom suite for $[redacted].56. However, upon contacting the resort, they explained that the Groupon was actually for a studio, too small for my family. Today is the deadline to cancel, and I need to find alternative accommodation due to the Bass Master classic event this weekend. I require an immediate refund as my trip is in 3 days. I am disappointed that Groupon did not clarify this properly, causing confusion. I am in urgent need of a refund to book a suitable place for my family of 5.
