Regarding shoe rack order * ****-******-****** placed on *th March ****. Received shoe rack today on Tuesday the **th of March but it was not the * tier shoe rack I paid $*** for but instead I received the $*** model that holds ** pairs of shoes instead of the * tier model which can hold ** pairs of shoes. Very disappointed that I didn’t receive what I had paid for and will no longer use Groupon for any future purchases.
GetHuman-cyberjoh did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
