Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Groupon help.

I paid for * and the owner said I couldn't use both sessions, which is totally obnoxious. ... I sent a message the other day. I have heard nothing back from you. **I've had both a bad experience and need a partial refund. The massage Groupon I used does NOT say it HAS to be used for * individual people. It says only one per person. That tells me I can't use a Groupon again for that vendor. The owner says the Groupon offer is mis-worded, and she blames it on you. Shouldn't SHE be writing her own offers??? I don't know what's going on, but I need a partial refund since she won't honor the * sessions, and I only got * massage. She told me to contact you for the partial refund.**The owner of the place is not very nice and lies all the time. I will not return for another experience. I did, however, enjoy the massage. There is no way to contact anyone thru the app. You don't give actual contact info. I had to Google it.
The Groupon was worded wrong!
I want a partial refund.
I expected the studio to honor the * massages I have paid for!
I was told to contact Groupon. This is the first response I've had in regards to this issue.
