Last evening I ordered the Garmin vivoSmart fit HR (*** *****-**). The screen said the order was processing and I would get an email shortly. Never asked for an address or credit card number as best I could tell. Anyway, went in and changed my shipping address and credit card. About ** hours ago. Click the edit order button. Stayed at the same page. When I hit refresh, the tax rate reverted to the rate for the old address. Out of exasperation, I tried to cancel the order. As best I can tell that was not accomplished either. Can you tell me what’s happening??
