Hi, I am having issues with scheduling an appointment at Herbal Nails using my Groupon. Despite multiple attempts, every time I mention the Groupon, the staff tells me they are fully booked. It has been extremely frustrating, and I feel like I have given them numerous chances. Today, I called again, and they said they are booked until next week. When I called back without mentioning the Groupon, suddenly they were available. It seems like they are not prioritizing Groupon customers, which is disappointing. I am tired of trying to schedule an appointment with them under these circumstances. Thanks, Cathy

I purchased a voucher for a 2-night stay at Edinburgh Castle Apartments Suites through the app. My purchase is currently being processed, and I received a booking confirmation via email. They requested me to send a screenshot of the voucher for confirmation. I noticed that the voucher was used on March 6, [redacted], at 11:57. Although £[redacted] has been debited from my account, the transaction is still pending. I want to confirm if this is an issue and if the payment will go through. I recently purchased two items from your company, and they were supposed to be delivered to my address in Albany, NY. However, when the FedEx carrier arrived with the packages, I was not home, so they were taken to the USPS service. After going to pick them up, I was informed that the carrier from USPS had supposedly delivered them to a friend living in the apartment across from mine, but upon checking with my friend, the packages were not received. I provided the order numbers for the Joy-Con charging item, #[redacted]06, and the portable wireless speaker, #[redacted]. As of now, neither USPS nor FedEx has any information on the packages, and I still do not have them. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I was supposed to receive two packages on Friday 03/01/[redacted], but FedEx attempted delivery when I wasn't home. The packages were then taken to apartment E5 but weren't received by my friend. I am waiting for a charger for my son's Nintendo Switch and a wireless Bluetooth speaker. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the delivery process as I don't have time to track down the packages in Albany, NY. Please contact me either via email or phone at [redacted]. Hello, I am reaching out to request a refund for a Groupon I purchased for Window Tinting for my wife's car. I contacted the vendor, Oasis Trade, before buying the Groupon to confirm the details. Andy from Oasis Trade explained that the Groupon would cover all windows except the windshield, with the option to add tint to the windshield for an extra fee. He recommended the "Ceramic" film over other options. When my wife called to schedule an appointment, Andy surprised her by stating an additional $[redacted] charge for tinting the front driver and passenger windows on top of the Groupon price. I called Andy to clarify, but despite our initial understanding, he insisted on the extra charge. He even suggested I return the Groupon and pay him directly for the same service for $[redacted]. I am very disappointed with the situation and the vendor's behavior. I am now seeking a refund for the voucher. Thank you. Jeff W.

I bought two spider vein removal treatments from Amore Laser for $[redacted].00 to use before the promotion expired on Oct. 31, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I struggled to schedule an appointment. The person who eventually called back spoke too quickly, making it hard to understand. Even after visiting the location multiple times and leaving messages, I couldn't secure an appointment before the deadline. I appreciate the help provided in securing the booking for the 2nd room at Luxor Hotel for March 11th. However, upon reviewing my account, I am encountering confusion as I see all bookings listed, including failed and refunded ones, alongside the two active and valid bookings. To simplify matters, I kindly request the following: - Please send me confirmations for BOTH bookings as they currently appear twice without a Confirmation Number or Reference Number. - Kindly DELETE any bookings that were unsuccessful. Thank you. Once I have received the email confirmations for the two reservations, I intend to make arrangements for two rooms on March 14th for my return. __________________________________________________________________ I successfully booked a room at The Luxor hotel for one night, but I now require an additional room. Despite my attempts, the system shows the order as processed without generating a confirmation email for the second booking. I have only been charged once according to my bank account. I am uncertain whether I am permitted to book a second room based on these circumstances.

I purchased two vouchers for Hudson Play, one for myself and one as a gift. When I bought the gift voucher, I had to update my card details, so the payment didn't go through. An email informed me that the transaction would be attempted again the next day. I used a 25% off coupon code, reducing the price from $44.50 to $35.60 initially. However, the email now shows a charge of $44.50. I updated the card details and want to proceed with the purchase at the discounted price as promised. I managed to get the other voucher for myself at the discounted rate, and I expect the same for this one. I have a screenshot showing the discount was applied without any issues initially.

I made multiple purchases for the same tickets on Groupon and only intended to buy one set. Even after contacting Ticketmaster, I did not receive the proper refund and was asked to buy a Google Play card, which seemed suspicious. Despite contacting my bank and Groupon, no resolution has been achieved. I used only one set of tickets for the event on February 28 and am seeking a refund of $79.30 or a credit to my Groupon account.

Last night, I tried to buy some luggage, but my credit/debit card kept declining. Initially, I attempted to use Paypal, but since it's linked to the same card, the transaction failed. The problem lies with a daily purchase limit on my account. After multiple tries, I managed to make the purchase with the same card successfully. However, due to the failed attempts, there are now three duplicate orders for the same item. Despite my attempts, I haven't been able to cancel the extra orders. Today, I received an email from Groupon stating they will retry charging my card tomorrow. I've been trying all day on and off to cancel the duplicate orders but keep encountering an error code preventing me from doing so.

Hello, Thank you for your valuable assistance. We purchased a Groupon for Ripley’s Aquarium expecting to visit on Valentine's Day. However, we were not allowed entry due to a deep sea soiree event happening exclusively on that day. Despite checking the website, we were unaware that this event was the only way to access the aquarium on Valentine's. Due to time constraints and distance, we couldn't visit the following day. Unfortunately, contacting Ripley's proved difficult. The Groupon was meant to be valid for all operational days, which was not the case during our attempted visit. We simply wish to visit Ripley's Aquarium as intended and seek understanding, as we were unable to use our Groupon. Given the circumstances, we kindly request a replacement Groupon at no extra cost. This incident has marred our first experience with Groupon, and we hope for a resolution to continue using the service in the future. We appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I purchased item number [redacted] on 14/1/[redacted] for guests visiting from Australia. When setting up the room, I realized the bedspread is not white as expected but a greyish-blue. I am unable to use it and did not receive a return form or packaging. I would like to either exchange it for a perfect white one or receive a refund. I have made several purchases from your company and have always been satisfied. I hope you can help resolve this issue promptly as the item is of no use to me. I look forward to your response. I purchased 60 units of Botox through a Groupon deal on Sunday. The practitioner did not use Botox as expected. During the appointment, I noticed pre-filled needles on a table and was injected without my makeup being removed. It has been 5 days, and I have not seen any results from the alleged Botox treatment. After researching, I found several similar complaints from other consumers about this practitioner not being a real doctor. I am disappointed that Groupon allowed this to happen and want a refund. This situation is alarming, and I believe this practitioner should be removed from Groupon before legal actions are taken. I have previously purchased Botox through Groupon with positive experiences, making this incident even more distressing.

Upon my return from being out of town, I discovered that the Cedar Point deal I purchased from Groupon is not being honored as advertised. The deal clearly stated a Buy One pass for two people and Get One pass for two people free, and I purchased it to take my family of 4 to Cedar Point. Unfortunately, an email from Groupon stated that the deal can no longer be honored. I selected Groupon over Cedar Point's direct offer because it seemed like a better deal, and I even reached out during the purchase process regarding a promo code issue, but the change was not communicated in time for me to make alternate plans. I believe Groupon should fulfill the deal as advertised or provide an acceptable resolution. It would be reasonable for Groupon to offer customers the opportunity to purchase an additional BOGO deal to compensate for the unfulfilled tickets. I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, M. I recently received a package with my Sarah Jessica Parker "Lovely" Eau de Parfum Rollerball. Unfortunately, the perfume arrived leaking as the glass container was already 1/4 to 1/3 empty. The package had no proper padding, which led to the spillage. I am disappointed by the condition of the product. I would appreciate a refund for this item. I accidentally clicked on "redeemed," not realizing that it meant I couldn't get a refund and that I had to use the coupon that same day. I didn't know the coupon couldn't be used on weekends, which are the times I am free due to my work schedule. Hello, I bought a Groupon for a spa package that included a deep tissue massage with aromatherapy and dry sauna access. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The spa didn't allow me to use the dry sauna, didn't provide any aromatherapy, and the massage I received was not deep tissue as advertised. When I spoke to the manager at the front desk, they were unhelpful. I am seeking a refund for the services that were not delivered as promised. Hello, my name is Michelle S. I had a credit from Groupon for dinner for 2 at Dracula's for the full cost of $[redacted]. I purchased it again on Friday, March 8th within the 2-week deadline, but my credit has been used, and my credit card was also charged $[redacted] again, booking it twice. I need one of the bookings canceled, and the money refunded back to my credit card immediately. I do not wish to receive another credit, as I still have the original credit I used for this purchase. I purchased tickets for the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai this morning on Groupon.ae but was unable to use them due to a 48-hour waiting period that was only mentioned in the fine print. Since I am flying home tonight, I am requesting a full refund or credit for future events. If this is not resolved, I will not use Groupon again and will discourage others from using it as well.
